The cashier was super nice and incredibly helpful. The manger on the another hand was incredibly rude. The whole time she was giving us nasty attitude and made me feel bad for asking her to do her job.

Rated lower because they were low/out of Purina Pro canned cat food.

This location is clean and well kept. They have knowledgeable staff in the fish department who were happy to take time and answer my questions when setting up my tank.

I would give them a five star but saddly this is the only pet store that does NOT return or do exchange without a receipt. I lost my reciept and the sweater i bought was too big. I came back with the tags and hangar but didn't have the receipt. At other pet stores i have never had an issue returning the outfits. So, I'm giving them 3 stars. Its crazy how i can return at any store like Target without a receipt but here its impossible. Keep your receipt!
