Lisa helped me to find my reservation, explained the process, WALKED ME to my unit and explained how to use the phone as a key card to navigate my way throughout the property. Her customer service was on point, the price was about HALF of the local competition, and the facility was clean. I'm not one to get excited about renting a storage unit, but today I was! 🙂

I’ve used public storage for a few months and I’m pleased to say this was a great experience. I want to shout out Lisa on her exceptional customer service. She is the best and would 100% rent a unit again just based on her. So happy with my experience.

My experience at this facility has been great the last 5 or so years. Lisa in particular is always friendly and when I had an issue she did a great job helping me out.

Lisa is amazing. Public Storage is huge and has one single person doing multiple jobs, including dealing with impatient customers and customers fed up with issues the company is slow to address.
Aside from Lisa, this location could do with improvement. The temperature control is only just enough to be okay for storage. If you have temperature tolerance issues and need to be in the building longer than 20 minutes, bring lots of water and a fan because it gets hot.
I was with public storage just under a year and the price increased twice, around $50/mo each time.
The dollies are not well maintained and hard to maneuver, and you may see a bug inside every once in a while.
