I really like renting at Public Storage. My customer service is always good. They’re really into me when dealing with me. I just don’t like how there is only one person there all the time. There should be more workers so no one has to wait around when they are in the back cleaning.

my space is full of rat droppings everywhere I’m sure rat pee stench all over I went to my space early as I can to go thru stuff and it states that they open @6am the code reader said they are closed not convenient I’m sure this place is rat infested

I came here and greatly greeted and helped by Kaydi and Richard. They are very knowledgeable in processing the space. Every one should come here for rental space and help.

This place is a joke ,don't waste your gas don't pay for people to help ya ahead of time cause you never know when or what is gonna happen when you get there ... no manager on site and no body answers phones and nobody to rent the storage , what a joke.. haha I want my time and gas paid back, this place doesn't even have a decent app so you can access your screwed because no one ever here and number is just a recording ..your screwed. I had to pick up my medication and couldn't access gates b.s.and no one to help

This place is great has so many different size units at great prices and kaydi is hilarious she helped us pick the very best one for all our stuff and made us laugh till our sides started hurting will definitely recommend and if I ever need another unit I'm definitely coming back here every time.

I had a great experience here. I was dealing with a lot during the last day of my move and Kaydi went above and beyond to help me out. I wouldn’t have been able to make it happen if it wasn’t for her help. 10/10!

Came to the public storage in Montclair and was helped by Kaydi she was very helpful and friendly very knowledgeable about the units there for rent I would definitely recommend her for all needs and questions also ended up renting a unit there thanks a lot Kaydi 👍
