I went In wanting sample for 2 foundations and I wish I remembered the girls name she gave me the two samples and a sample of a new glow recipe product that I will Be going in a purchasing the full size and mentioned how I’d love the product and it was what she had on she made my day I left very happy and my daughter made a comment of how nice the worker was ?

The store was like a normal sephora but the employees were extremely rude! i went with some of my friends and several employees told us that people were watching us on camera. i was waiting for my friend when a rude employee came up to me and asked if i needed help. i said no thanks, im just waiting for someone. the employee said that she didn't ask what i was doing. then she said she was watching me.

I wondered myself into Sephora looking to see what new items to purchase. I got what I came in for and even decided to get color matched before departing. I have worked at a Sephora prior so I'm expecting great service. As I asked one of the associates, she appointed me to Briana. I let Briana know I have this foundation, love it, but the shade is a bit yellow on my skin (CharlotteTilbury Airbrush Flawless Longwear Foundation: shade 5.5) As I told her my concern she ended up going up to shade 8 which was a really dark shade. I was a bit confused when she added that shade to my skin as if it was a joke. So I let her know again maybe going down a shade to a 5. She still didn't listen and decided with a 6 Warm. I decided that it was "ok" but still dark & didn't even intend to continue the service. I agreed, took the sample to not be rude, removed the post color and went my way. I'm pretty sure I could of handled myself a color match but its always good to have a second opinion. She made me feel as if she didn't even care to help. Will I go back there, yes, for a last minute item, every Sephora is different. You should never feel intimidated to ask for help or for samples. Sephora needs to be more inviting with the guests and the customer service make you feel comfortable.
