So this review is based off of being with T- mobile for the first time ever after being on cricket, Verizon, and metro pcs. Lies lies lies, the best I can say. I came to get a new phone after getting out of my most recent plan. I wanted to see what my options were and was asking every single question you can think of. It was around Christmas time. Black Friday had just around passed by, I was going for cyber Monday to see if there was any deals still going. I had also just got back from BCT and AIT training for the army. So I had money to spend. The people were very friendly addressing everybody as soon as they walked in. I simply asked if they had any deals for switching plans over for a trade in for an iPhone11. I was also joining my cousins plan. He said yes and all I had to do was pay taxes and sign up for a 2 year contract with t-mobile. Which was fine, there was no problems there, the problems began after this. So the "T-mobile expert" "Mike" helped me this whole time btw. Saying "OH we have a special going on, since you buy the iPhone you qualify for an Apple Watch just pay taxes and it's yours." I asked all the questions prior "can I cancel anytime?, do i have to keep paying ANYTHING after I pay this tax, do I need to pair up with my phone, so after I pay this I'm not expected to pay for ANYTHING ELSE." He replies "no just the tax and that's it" what a joke. We end up trading in 3 phones and getting 3 watches along with that we got the internet that came with that, it was a good deal 30$ for internet WITH AUTOPAY DONT FORGET THE AUTOPAY. Or else you get 5$ added on to each little thing they can get you for. They also randomly added the protection bonus for ALL OF OUR DEVICES WHICH WE NEVER PUT ON. But some lady on the phone insisted that they were put on by us. Boy was Mike working for that commission. After that, one of the phones didn't get processed right for whatever reason and we get slapped with a 300$ insurance claim fee the next month. When we called them, even the worker over the phone stated that "the phone we traded in was in their warehouse, they don't know why we got charged for it". We didn't have money ready for that we had to pay it, but if we didn't guess what. Our phones would be shut off. We couldn't make the whole thing, but we paid off some of it till we paid it all off. Let me state when we got our phones everything worked perfect, the internet, our phones, our watches then when we couldn't make that one payment because of the 300$ extra charge, they decided to slow us down on EVERYTHING. Really sad, disappointed, and disgusted that I was lied to with Mike. I get it, you need your sales but don't lie to people, people work hard for their money. Don't sit there and lie to people for your money. Also I went to talk about all these problems at this store they never offered a solution, said sorry or just tried to help. They just explained the charges and basically said it in black and white this time. When I'm already being charged so thanks "mobile expert geronimo" I know you just wanted me out of the store. Never going to come back to T-mobile when my contract is done. Please stop lying to people, we're all human, we should be looking out for each other not ripping each other off. This is just my experience and a warning, never get the add ons, ask questions, don't trust them they just want their commission, and god bless.

I've been here a few times.The only time they care about your phone issues. Is if and when there's a possible sale.Anything they promise get it in writing.

It was terrible. What’s the whole point of having a T-Mobile store if they can’t help you if I could I would rate it zero out of 10 I I recommend only Alex or Richard are good. Everyone else are bad please

I would like to extend appreciation to Mikey at the Montclair Plaza store, he recently helped me transfer my Verizon account. The store was full, but we were assisted right away. Already pleased with my decison to exit my previous cell provider service. I'm loving my new devices and I'm saving about $150 dollars a month. Happy to be a new member of the T-mobile family. Thankful for Mikey's expertise and for all of the added savings.

Very friendly staff, clean environment, and very knowledgeable. Helped me with a replacement phone from my insurance company. Equipped to handle old Sprint customers.

To get my phone looked at cause it wasn't charging but the charging port was full of stuff and the cord was not getting contact

We came in super late and almost close to closing, but Leo came in and took care of us. My boyfriend needed an eSIM for his new phone and Leo made sure that everything was taken care of unlike the other T-Mobile in Victoria Gardens and the Apple Store in Victoria Gardens that gave us no guidance or direction on how to set up this phone. They gave it to us and didn't help set it up. The other Tmobile refused to help us. Amazing customer service. Best Tmobile in California PERIODT. We love Leo and will name out first born after him.

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I had a bad customer service with the Verizon store at the Montclair Plaza Mall. So I walked out of the Verizon store and straight into the TMobile store. There Kyle greeted us warmly. He went over the promotions carefully and answered all of our questions. I was going to save over $100 a month by switching over! Kyle convinced me that TMobile was the way to go. I couldn't believe that I would save so much money and that there had to be some sort of gotcha. So I actually went to the Ontario Mills TMobile store and spoke to Jhon. The numbers were identical. There is no catch. So today I came back to Kyle's store and signed up. Thank you Kyle for your outstanding customer service. I am now a TMobile customer.

Richard is a very attentive no non-sense sales guy! He doesn't try to do any trickeries to try to sell you something saying that it's one price and then you get billed another. He really pays attention to your needs and goes above and beyond to fulfill them, such as making phone calls to find out if another store has a product in stock. I also really appreciate his sense of humor and how he can blend that in with making business. It helps time go by faster and everything more pleasant. So fellow yelpers, if you ever need anything from this store, make sure that you ask for Richard!
