Employee refused to take Amazon returns. As another review stated, they appear to be profiting on Amazon returns. Very concerning, and a waste of time.

Worse UPS store ever. They want to make money off of selling wrappers to Amazon return products. I was offered 10$ charge to return the product when it was properly packaged and label printed. Pls avoid this one and go to different store.

Tried to do an amazon return and the lady did not want to accept my return because it had to be placed in another box, which it was already. They try to sell you a box and charge you for tape .
Grabbed my box and took it to a different ups store with no issues at all. Based on other reviews here this happens often so save yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

Lupe was very rude and prejudice. When I entered the store I was ignored the entire visit. When I finally reached the counter, Lupe was rude and acted as if I was bothering her just by coming into UPS. I tried to purchase a p.o. box (which she wouldn't allow without a clear explanation) I accepted her redundant answer and proceeded to my next task which was mailing off an envelope. She tried to charge me $50 but couldn't tell me why the same paper I mailed the day before was only $2.25. Final straw was when the customer behind me (who was the same ethnicity as Lupe) proceeded to purchase a PO box just like I tried to. And what do you know! The system was magically up again. Not the first time I have felt this behavior from lupe. If you come to this location you will see this is a normal behavior for Lupe. At the same time I want to thank you for such horrible service that it pushed me to not spend a dime with UPS. I ended up going to USPS and got my PO box as well as mailed my items off. People like Lupe do not need to be working in the public

This place is scamming Amazon Customers with free returns. I went to this ups store yesterday to return couple of amazon packages. I selected, UPS drop off no label needed. I get there with my amazon boxes in the original amazon box I recieved the product in. I showed the guy my phone with the bar code that amazon provided. He refused to scan it. The guy and blonde woman told me that I needed to 2 additional boxes to put over my amazon boxes in order for them to return them. They wanted me to put a box inside of a box. Which doesn't make any logical sense. They wanted to charge me for to large boxes which were super expensive, plus be charged to have them taped up and shipped. My husband was pissed. We went to a completely different UPS location and they to our amazon package for free. That whole experience ruined my day. It was supposed to be a quick in and out. But instead I left confused. Please dont go to this store because they will lie and try to get you to buy items you don't need for a amazon free return. RUN!!!!!!

We went to drop off a return package to Amazon. The woman who worked there refused our package stating that we needed to put the package inside another box.she stated this was a new rule implemented by Amazon one month ago. She refused to accept it saying that that was per Amazon’s instructions. We called Amazon and even Amazon was confused about that. We ended up going to another UPS in Claremont where they quickly accepted our package, and gave us proof that we returned the item. No wonder this location has such low ratings. We will never go back to this Montclair location.

Last Saturday I mailed out important documents W2 etc to family member in Camarillo. I asked the female how much postage would I need and she weighed it and told me 2 stamps. So today I arrive home and found my letter returned due to shortage of stamps. Pretty much got returned bcuz I didn't have proper postage to mail it. When I specifically asked the girl is that all I need as I was mailing 2 letters in one huge Manila envelope. Nope when I called to speak to a manager Kim who was currently working at chino hills store he got a major atitude with me before I could even. Explain what was going on. I take this as a huge inconvenience to me and my family member who now has to wait even longer to recieve letters due to the employee who made the mistake at ups store in montclair. NOW THE MANAGER WANTS ME TO DRIVE OVER TO CHINO HILLS STORE TO EXPLAIN TO HIM IN PERSON WHAT HAPPENED. WHY? He clearly doesnt understand over the phone when i was very patient and thorough about what took place. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DRIVE OVER TO CHINO WHEN THE COMPANY SHOULD be liable for their employees mistake We shouldnt have to pay for The EXTRA POSTAGE. MIND YOU ITS ONLY 27 CENTS BUT ITS Not ABOUT THE cost ITS THE PRINCIPAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE is Horrible AND BAD FOR BUISNESS. No one apologized for the inconvenience not even the manager. The female that worked Saturday morning needs more training and apparently so does the manager
