Yes the prices are low but at what cost.. ive been here plenty to say the quality is bad. The work is mediocre, a simple gel manicure does not even last ten days. Mind you I dont work atm & wash dishes with gloves so they should really last ATleast two weeks. The acrylic gel sets are poorly shaped & every time I asked for a specific design instead of telling me they can’t do it or pick something else, they end up doing whatever THEY want. So if you’re looking for a cheap temporary set then this is ur place

I’ve been coming here for 30 years. Sometimes you have to wait, but great prices. Be patient. The shop has not been updated, but I don’t mind, because they keep their prices so low. I prefer affordable over lavish.

Place is really dirty , nail cutter and instrument doesn't seem to be sterile. They don't have massage chair , is just a plastic bucket wrapped with a plastic bag . They are nice but the place isn't good. Is cheap for a reason !

i love it here at top nail my whole family has been coming here for as long as i can remember, probably since around the late 90s, if i could i would definitely give Ms Kim 10 stars! this place is amazing with their service i love it here i will never stop coming here to Kims this place is my sanctuary when i need to relax and treat myself they also do amazing waxing definitely recommend coming here!!

My first time getting my nails done here I didn't like my nails much like the color was bright and the apex on there was horrible literally flat and the ping job is not so good I wouldn't recommend unless if you want your nails as if a 10 year old did them

Very rude, being disabled they make you feel like you shouldn't get any service. Was told today that I should not get a pedicure because I'm disabled. After she cut me and still no concern when tears were falling because she was hurting me. So please be careful not all are bad but the older ladies are rude and mean I would not even give them a star.
