  I don’t know that coming to the post office has ever been an enjoyable experience, but it definitely was today. The two women working today were so helpful, so welcoming, despite a long line and only 20 minutes to closing. The energy was really so lovely, and everyone left in a better mood than when they entered, smiling and laughing. Genuine connection is so rare these days, so grateful for the team today!

  I had a passport appointment scheduled for 1/29/25 @ 9:45 am, upon arrival a notice was on the door stating there was a power outage. When I spoke to an employee and asked why a courtesy call was not made to avoid the hassle of driving to the post office she simply stated “we didn’t know.” I asked at what time the power outage started she replied when they opened at 8:30 am there was no power. It makes no sense how she stated “we didn’t know” if the outage was at 8:30 am and my appointment was at 9:45 am, more than enough time was given for a courtesy call since the employees who work front desk don’t have much to do. I spoke to Supervisor Mr. Rocha in regards to my frustration and my passport appointment not being fulfilled which he stated he would either get me an appointment same day when the power came back on or call a different location for same day appointment. It’s February 12,2025 and I still haven’t received a call back with that appointment that I was promised. Horrible customer service from this location from all employees. 😂😂😂

  My mail is taking too long to deliver. The neighborhood is not good. That's why they're in doors not open to deliver your mail inside. After hours anymore doors are shut. They don't have enough parking place there.

  Why in the world only 1 person @ window for such an absolutely loooong line?!?!?! Another lady walks by behind desk, then walks away after seeing the huge line going way back..??? Why.....

  It’s 8:40am most post offices are open at 8:30 I really never review anything today I had to sit here and log in. Usually the drop box door is open for package drop off. I simply said excuse me since the door was open. The lady who came out ask what I was doing I simply said I just need to drop this package off.. instead of saying sure just drop it off she gave me the worst attitude and told me the door was only for employees to which I said it says drop off packages. She continued bickering at me took my package and dropped it on the floor. It’s incredible how extremely rude some people can be. Customer service definitely 0 stars I’ll make the drive to upland next time!

  There is no photo service, camera STILL BROKEN. Paperwork processed & held 'till we returned with photos. Friendly staff?. Cameras @ nearest cvs & ups were broken. ***(GO to the UPS store on Mountain next to El Super & La Michoacana for ur pix b4 going to post office 4 passport process.)***
