Vida Health Clinic is consistently praised for its excellent and professional doctors, who are described as great, kind, knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and humanitarian. The staff and nurses are also noted as awesome, super helpful, kind, polite, and very attentive. Many patients report seeing the same dedicated doctors for over ten years and are willing to recommend the clinic highly. However, significant criticisms focus on the appointment system. The clinic does not answer the phone, despite repeated calls throughout the day, making scheduling difficult. Appointments are often scheduled far in advance. For morning visits, patients must arrive extremely early to wait in a line for hours, a system many find inconvenient and difficult. Despite these frustrations with access and administration, the quality of the doctors leads many people to return again and again.

Both doctors actually listen and want to help. I’m not sure what higher praise I can give than that. I’m on a more expensive insurance plan just so I can keep going to them.
