Best post office EVER!! Shiela is the nicest most helpful customer service person I've ever met. She remembers your name and box number. She's always happy and willing to help. The Monte Rio post office is lucky to have her. Everyone else that works there is lovely as well:)

i do wish we had proper mail service at my address but the staff are so nice at this PO, especially post master Shiela.
