“My partner and I stayed at the Madrona for two nights in March. It was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. The mansion is gracious, welcoming, modern, and cozy all at the same time. If you have the opportunity, I encourage you to wake up early and spend some time in the main parlor as the sun creeps over the hills. It's incredibly peaceful and leads your mind to wonder what it must have been like for the original owners to live in this gorgeous place.The grounds are beautifully gardened. Spending time on the front porch or strolling the grounds fulfills your soul. We want to come back and enjoy the pool in warmer weather.The staff at the Madrona is top notch. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. If you need a wine tasting booked, check on local restaurant, or ask advice on things to do, they are there to help.We are looking forward to our next visit!”
“The Hyatt Regency in Sonoma suggested making a stop here. As a wine club member at a nearby winery, we decided to make a quick visit. We were impressed by their chardonnay and the nice min-charcuterie we were given to accompany our tasting. Will definitely make another visit.”
“This small-town arts and event center is a gem, set in beautiful west Sonoma County. The array of shows and wide taste in music is remarkable. The art gallery is charming. Set on the north edge of the village of Occidental. We’re so lucky to have it. Only 35 minutes drive west of Santa Rosa.”

“A wonderful Halloween celebration show with a nice ambiance. We hope to return sometime in the future. A pleasant venue to take friends. The costume contest was, in our opinion, extremely skewed, but we had a good time anyhow.”

“Great weekend getaway spent here. Plenty of amenities enjoyed. The pool, spa, outdoor games and movie with campfire s'mores made for a fun day. This location is near the beach and plenty of restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious that felt cozy with the fireplace. They really thought of the little things here to make our stay enjoyable.
We definitely will return”
