Very bad service, a boy with a bad temper, I went to buy and he treated me very badly, it's a shame I didn't take his name... I went to change a lottery ticket, I asked for another one and I was clear about what I wanted, he made me the bad-tempered transactions by moving his face from side to side...ugly experience made me upset....

Unfortunately my sister and her boyfriend were victims of unauthorized charges at this 7/11 multiple times and were also refused to enter the premises by employees for no reason.

The cashier was rude! They were out of medium cups, I asked If I could get 2 small cups instead to make it a medium, he said yes, charge me for a medium but only gave me one small cup then argued with me about it. Why would I overpay for less drink?! Then he wouldn't refund me for is already touched the cup. Seriously, all this for what a $.50 refund. It was not worth my time. I said fine walked away to be my drinks & he was still trying to engage. I'll be avoiding this location from now on!

HoRRiBLe customer service , horrible people . They overcharge, don’t honor any prices , and my debit card was skimmed from their atm , my account emptied and overdrawn . !! When I told them about it to warn other possible victims or so they can place an out of order signs they called me crazy and immediately made me aware that they can not check their cameras after December 13th, also that I got robbed at a gas station. Everything that came out of their mouths sounded like they were guilty . Very disappointed in their store ..

Sheisty gypsies! We asked this young punk to serve us one drink. He made two. Ok so what, we bought the extra drink. After we paid I noticed they sell lottery tickets. I never buy lottery tickets but desperate times call for desperate measures, during this pandemic. I asked for 3 tickets. He rung me up. I tried to use my debit card to pay. The dude yelled at me saying I should know lottery is cash only. He insisted I had to buy something else so he can ring it all up with my card. Wt?! He could accept my card only if I purchase more? He yelled again telling me to leave. Disgusting customer service!!!

This is a place that is racist and just overall rude..I went in there for pizza and they started being racist towards me and using micro aggressions to make me feel uncomfortable. They were yelling at me to leave the store and wait outside even though I was 6 feet away and there were other people in the store.
