Be careful when buying Offers. They don't honor it and will charge full price unless you call them out on it. Happened to me twice. A 2 for $3 item was charged regular. Twice. I wanted to test my theory before posting it.

Worst ever. Cashier didn't want to scan my redeemed points the correct way. So I had to buy the product. But then redeemed a any size fountain drink and then he decided to scan correctly. I called him out on it being that Ive worked at 711 before and know the steps to take to scanning and redeeming. He still acted dumb!!! Worst service ever horrible. Extremely ignorant and rude to have someone like that behind this 711 counter. FYI more then a handful have been to this location and made numerous complaints due to this. And still bad jusgement after switching up management. Your still awful and making other 711 stores that you manage probably worst to the same low inconsiderate service as this one is.

Man with a beany usually in the evening is hella rude no customer service at all no hello no Thanku not even him telling me my total no kind of manners plain and simply rude and no customer service skills whatsoever walked away when i was trying to ask him a question didn’t even acknowledge me i see he has many bad reviews due to his disgusting attitude

Very unpleasant experience. I witnessed this guy tell a customer to buy something or get out of the store. The customer bought something quickly and left. When I went to the checkout I asked why he thought it was okay to speak to a customer and he said that the customer had been there for an hour and that it wasn’t my business. He got so mad that he took away the items I was going to buy, told me to get out, took a picture of my car, and called or pretended to call the police. I waited in the parking lot for the police for about 30 mins to clarify anything that was aid but they didn’t show up so I left. This man’s behavior was disgusting.

This 7/11 is one of the worst I been too. Always messy cashiers are rude. Not much in stock I could go on. The one on Garfield is way better then this one.

I give only one star because they don't allow me to give any but I had a horrible experience I'm from Arizona I made a stop to get my fuel and continue on my way I paid with 50 dollars and the boy only gave me 20 dollars in the pump I got a boy from origin Arab I complained to him and he didn't admit it means that he stole 30 dollars from under my nose, it's not a question of money but of decency. I never came to this place again, they don't deserve to help their business prosper with actions like this. In the end, I left the place upset because not even the police arrived at my call to investigate the case.

Bad service bad food and they still don't give you the price that says on the door they charge you what they want thats false advertising also contact the 7/11 app complain they just say we will investigate here are the proof.

This place is on the way to Glendale, CA. It has. Gas station too and is cheaper than Chevron across the street. It is clean and organized. They have a restroom open to shoppers unlike some places where they alleged their restrooms are not in service to keep it only for their own use
