Pickup service is the worst. It never fails that I always get moldy fruit or a damaged item. I also get notifications that items are "out of stock," but when I check inside myself, there are plenty of the same items. The butchers in the meat/seafood department also do a terrible job of cutting or deboning meat and seafood. Lastly, make sure to check itwms that have an expiration date. Ive lost track of how many times I come home to find an item i just bought had expired. The only reason I continue to come here is for the larger selection, sales, and gas rewards. Only a few staff have been friendly.

Great store. Clean, with friendly staff and well stocked. Prices are okay but download the app and get lots of sale items. Self pay registers and clerk aided check outs. Starbucks inside the store. In store deli and bakery too. Lots of parking in shared lot. Customer restrooms available.

really bad customer service , me and another lady were waiting to be help on the deli department. there was a guy infront of us and we ask if we can get some help and did not even answer. on the bakery side there was man just relaxing his name was gregorio the lady and i ask if any body could help us. his reponse was just wait until someone can help you. the workers were just on the back talking, one of them turn and saw me and the lady standing waiting to be help but she turn her back on us and counting talking to her coworker. the lady next to me called a worker that she knew and he told the other 2 that me and the lady were waiting to be help. bad custermer service they don't even care of the customer.

This establishment baffled me today I never in my life felt like I was being looked at as a shop lifter until today 0 stars , I had my child with me all because I had pink hair … older bag lady really had the audacity to look down at my bag and say you sure that I had items that needed to be scanned . I’m so extremely disappointed in the community of this branch I hope the manager has a meeting with his employees

today I was baffled, as I go to pay for my things i was insinuated that I had extra items that needed to be scanned ( employee insisted I was stealing) I had a blue bag from 5 below that I had just purchased with receipt tied up when entering the store with my husband and toddler... never in my life have I felt like id have to deal with a bag lady telling me .... I'm shop lifting , as I'm having the conversation with her shaking upset , I also suffer from anxiety and ptsd so this was really hard for me and I have to deal with going to the store now let alone a lady claiming I have things in my bag . Yoli ( employee) you didn't do your job today I wasn't aware bag lady's are security . don't know what you actually do in person but customer service was not it at this establishment. it's sad , I also felt Stereotyped here because me and my husband are alternative I have pink hair and he has long hair I felt very uncomfortable shopping here . I hope this manager takes today as a learning opportunity and gives im his employees more attention when it comes to valuing a customer. this is gunna be a flop for me and I will be letting family and friends know .
