Well, well, well. Look what we have here. I strolled into this Aldo looking for some fancy footwear and a handbag for the lovely lady in my life, and let me tell you, they delivered. The service was top-notch, just like a fine scotch on the rocks. I've been coming to this particular location for a few years now, and I've got to say, the staff is as smooth as a well-oiled machine. And the store? Impeccably presented. I mean, these people know how to sell shoes, and I'm not just talking about any shoes, I'm talking about the kind that'll make your wife feel like a queen. Customer service is horrible. Tried calling to see if they have a shoe available that way I don’t have to make a drive. Every time I called it says that they were busy with customers. So i finally go midday during the week and behold the store wasn’t even busy and I called from outside and got the same message on the phone saying they were busy assisting other customers

staff gave minimum effort. I'm a customer who enjoys shopping with this brand but because of the lack of assistance in customer service I will most likely never buy from Aldo again. This is coming from someone who manages a large business as well and truly knows what it means to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

I needed a pair of dress casual shoes for work. Within a month of wearing the shoes the soles started to separate. When I brought them in to return them, I was informed that they cannot be returned because they were worn and cannot be resold. The only option was to get another pair that may or may not come apart again or get another pair of shoes that also may or may not come apart. When I asked to exchange them for the same ones I was told they don't have them and would have to wait from one to two weeks for them to arrive. Now I don't have the cheap shoes that fell apart or the new ones and also have to buy another pair of shoes until the new ones arrive. When asked if those were the only options I was told "well yeah, I'm not going to give money back on used merchandise". Worst customer service and even worse quality shoes.

Amazing associates! Very prompt and extremely helpful! My favorite ALDO by far! They also like to recommend other things such as cushions and grips and it shows that they care for their customers!
