Very helpful, did not have to wait in line for my car. They have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, gave me a very good price for my rental and were on call if anything were to happen on my roadtrip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good deals on a rental.

Absolute garbage company, made a reservation 2 weeks in advanced then on the day I was gonna pick up the truck I get a call an hour before my pick up from budget talking about they didn't have trucks available, then they send me to diamond bar which was 40 mins away from my house. Then at diamond bar they said they didn't know I was supposed to be going and they only had a cargo van but it was already reserved for the next day, so I was told to call customer service to have my reservation transferred to diamond bad and I was told the price was $336 over the phone but when I went back inside the manager tried charging me over $500 plus the $165 refundable deposit so I canceled it, then 2 days later they tried charging me $75 for canceling even though it was their fault please save yourself the headache and just go with uhaul I went to the place in Cudahy and they had me in a truck within 10 mins.

This budget is the worst car rental business I have ever been to. I had a reservation for 8AM, and they were about 10 minutes late. The lady at the front desk could not log into her system and had a bad attitude. She asked me to walk behind the desk to take a screen shot of her computer screen, since her printer was down. I explained to her that this was not professional and that I needed a rental agreement. I was not going to take a picture of her antiquated monitor. She argued that she had no other means of providing a copy. She said with a rude tone and sigh. She then said the car still needed to be washed! I saw an employee pull out a scratched black suv that was filthy! I asked her if that was the vehicle she was giving me? There was no way I was taking that car, I could only imagine how unsafe it could also be from the looks of the exterior. I'm sure they don't maintain the servicing of their cars.I told her just to cancel my reservation and I left. I do not know if they are the owners or just employees of budget. If they are owners, budget needs to rethink who is allowed to have ownership.Also, the front office was dirty and had hand made signs on the walls. Lady was also rude to every customer who walked in. Luckily, I was helped by Sophie from Budget's customer service department who took my claim and correctly cancelled and refunded my rental.

I told the Indian lady for the rental contract and what she added but she didn't want to show it to me since the bill was too high for 2 day rental it was almost $400. I asked for the receipt and she told me there ink ran out. Like foreals??? When I got the 2023 Mazda brand new car it shows that the left rear tire is flat. I told them and they told me to pump it at the gas station. I felt like I got overcharged with bad service by these greedy unprofessional employees. This is the worst rental place to rent a car. I will never go back here ever again. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I have a reservation for 8am rental car pick up and Avis Budget not open yet. It is now 8:10am and nothing. Very unprofessional to have at least 5 customers waiting. If they are not going to be open at 8:00am like the business hours state right on the front door they need to change this.

They never have anything available even if it is booked and ready for you to pick up, they call or won't even call to let you know that they don't have any trucks available, how is it still open?

Do not come here! I reserved a 16 ft truck a week in advance. Come move in day all excited they had a 12 ft truck parked out front for me. I go into the office and tell him I am here for the 16 he acts surprised as says he doesnt have one but he has this 12 ft one for me. I replied by saying that I needed the loading ramp due to my bad back. he suggested that ide pay more for the 26 ft, which will not fit where i need it parked while loading. then he suggested again that i just get the 12 ft and said that i could just lift the fridge and slide it in the truck meaning ruin and damage the fridge! lile what the actual f$-?@!!! he also blamed it on corporate, which i called later who blamed him. this is absolutely ridicules! F for business and F for customer service! i called Uhal and they were able to find me one that suits my needs go to them not budget...

This is the worst rental company I have dealt with. I made a reservation. Showed up to pick up the reservation and they did not even have what I reserved. If you need a reliable company to move or provide you with a car to use, DONT GO HERE !!! Employee inside did not seem to care too much that I showed up and they could do nothing for me.

Went to pick up my truck and the employee refused to help us. Was rude and unprofessional during the entire time we just wanted to receive the truck we had confirmed. I have now been charged a no show fee when we did show up for our truck but the employee refused to help us and even answered a call where he complained about helping us to the person on the line.

We showed up to pick up our truck and the individual who "helped" us was unprofessional the entire time we were trying to receive our rental. He refused to look at my confirmation email and continued to make excuses as to why he couldn't help us. He seemed more concerned with his lunch than assisting us. Someone called him and he told them that we were the reason he was still at work and wouldn't be leaving soon. We decided to leave because the experience was absolutely ridiculous and rude. He tried to charge me to add an additional driver when there would only be one person driving. I wasn't going to write this review until I noticed a charge for no show on my account! Do not rent from this place!

I would give a zero star if they had the option. Worst place ever. First time the car wasn't ever ready, thirty minutes waiting then we got a car that was dirty and had food from previous rent I'm guessing. The lights on the dashboard where in saying it needed service and the tire light too according to the guy it wasn't a problem . Second time, We had to rent One again because of a trip we had to make to TJ and we get there at the time we booked and the guy says "do you have a reservation because I don't have any cars available". They were trying to give us a car with expired tags and said it was ok. That they have cars like that all the time. What kind of business is this??? Don't waste your time!!!!!! Don't come here. Worst service ever. And they don't accept any responsibility.

I had a prepaid reservation and when I showed up the guy said there were no cars available. Had me waiting around while he was chatting on the phone a few times. Sent me to another agency who completely overcharged me but due to last minute rental had no choice. Not trustworthy.

Terrible. Rented a truck from Hesperia, CA & Drop off was here. Waited 45 minutes to be assisted because it was busy (4 customers). The manager walked up on me when i was exiting the vehicle, didn't announce himself, just went to the truck looked at it then walked away. I thought it was odd but didn't pay any attention, line was long. Manager was cleaning all cars as customers came which was why long wait times. After standing in line for 25 minutes receptionist said for truck returns I'd need to wait for the manager to check the truck mileage. (I thought that's what he did when i arrived?!) so i had to wait again for the manager to finish lazily cleaning the cars. He checked it and came back, receptionist helped me and then they tried to charge me for "being late" because they made me wait 45 minutes for service! Said they'll "waive it this one time". Then she asked me how many miles i drove i gave her an estimate since they took keys and i couldn't check myself. (My fault for not documenting right away). After all was said and done their "printer" was broken and they couldn't give a receipt. Meaning i can't verify what they charged me or not until the payment clears on my account ! I bought extra miles to make sure i wouldn't go over & i was assured i wouldn't be charged if i didn't use them. Now i can't verify or not if this is true. Don't go here, it's trash. Not to mention the office is so small and no parking.

I forgot my go pro camera in the truck. this camera was attached in the truck wall to record everything in case of an accident. half an hour after i return the truck I called to notify about my problem and MARIA said that shell call me back in 30 minutes if she finds the camera, she never called me back so I tried to call her back but no one answered the phone and i got transferred to the main office where i filled a report about my camera since that day I've tried to call every day for about a week to get a hold of them but they are not answering and i thought maybe they are not answering because they are not essential workers. bottom line i called back and Maria answered and she is like let me see if they found your camera. hello!! aren't you supposed to know if they found it or not? last time you said you were gonna send someone to check for it. in the end my camera is lost either she was negligent and forgot to send someone to check for the camera or she or her helper stole it. I spoke to the "owner" and she is so rude. never renting from here and I'm looking forward to take them to court. i already filled a police report.
