This place brought back memories, it’s nice to see a physical store to walk into. Nice selections and great guest service. The girls working that day, were very kind and interacted with us. Bring back the bear shower stations.

This build a bear is always so friendly! Jackie was the sweetest employee. She helped with me and my boyfriend picking out silly outfits for our capybara. I love the environment here so much!!

I cannot explain how amazing it was for my baby when building his Po plush. The young lady helping us, Jasmine was just the sweetest. she was so patient, so friendly and super knowledgeable. she let us know about the promotions they were having as well. it so fun because she made us feel very. comfortable.

The service of the people who work here is bad (Alive and manager Jackie) I do not recommend this place due to bad experience that they may have, especially when paying. Lugo does not want to make returns and does not respect the prices offered or published (store in Montebello mall)
