He is a reliable and honest business person who stands by his word, guarantees his quality, and his service counts. He loves cameras and provides outstanding, friendly service. The service provided is exceptional and amazing. The owner has tremendous experience, extensive knowledge, and expertise with photography equipment repair, and has a great reputation. He is efficient and his skills are beyond compare, swiftly diagnosing and fixing issues. He has a calm and caring demeanor. Customers report feeling awed and recommend him highly to fellow photography enthusiasts. It is the best place to visit to buy and service cameras, with reasonable prices. However, there have been recent concerns from a customer unable to contact the store or find it open, unsure of its current operating status.
I visited this store today...and the gentleman was very nice, he gave me a brief tutorial about the canon EOS R50. And told me if I have questions along the way to come see him. I appreciate and recommend this store. For any photographer.

If there were more stars to give I would. It’s a shame there are not more shops like this. Family owned, knowledgeable and fast with high quality work.

Brought my Nikon FM in after the film advance and back lock levers were jammed and Mr. Phong was so knowledgeable, kind, and quick in getting it working again. Highly recommend for your analog camera needs!
