Was there to pick up an order for my little girl. Very helpful staff that assisted me quickly. They have a large variety of jewelry, clothing accessories, school supplies and other small knickknacks that kids like at very reasonable prices.

Starting with opening hours- although it says 9, but they don’t start until 11, secondly they only help to put on the earrings if you buy one from them, I bought one yesterday they helped me put it on, but when i went back today to switch to another one, they claimed they Dont switch the earrings, while none of Claire’s locations have denied me earlier. Worst customer experience, i would rather go to other locations of claire

Came here for EAR PIERCING -- excellent service and care for both my young daughters. I very much recommend this location.

Very good customer service my only problem is we had to wait a bit for help because the young lady was piercing ears, and trying to run the register at the same time. They need more then one employee in the store it's small but when it gets busy it can overwhelm and employee.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a rip off I bought several item and some cheap earrings assuming they were 10 bucks they were 20 and I didn’t relize until I payed after. And I asked if I could return they only gave me 13 bucks out of the 20. I literally took 2 seconds after I paid it. This place is a scam and the people here are rude.

The staff at Clairs boutique in Montebello are friendly, they give you the full 411 on all their deals. Their products are cure and trendy.
