I went in there with a friend. Called the store beforehand about the bag we wanted and a OLD LADY said it was still there mind you we also called another store in Torrance which whom was really helpful that woman let us know other stores who had that bag and the quantity that they held. Fast forward we went into the montebello location and when we walked in she was automatically and extremely rude we just asked to see it but she claimed it was out of stock and insisted NO OTHER STORES HAD IT EITHER when like I said we called before hand to another store and they told us everything. So we left and ordered that bag from Florida, which was very polite and helpful. Went back and tried again after telling her we already ordered it from another state.. she proceeded to say that we should check our email because they probably cancelled it just to be rude but we told her that they had 3 in stock there and she rolled her eyes and said rudely mm. DONT COME TO THIS STORE UNLESS UR IN DESPERATE NEED FOR A NEW BAG otherwise leave this location empty.. there empty for a reason

I wouldn’t shop with Coach again even if they gave me 75% off!! The manager at Montebello…nightmare! Tried saying I used a bag bcuz she found a single dog hair. So I had to return it to the store who shipped it to me. They sent me a label and well, read the text messages. Grove Coach Los Angeles NIGHTMARE!! These texts are from Israel, but involve Anthony (who wins not only worst sales associate in the world, but human being) and Grove Coach Manager Israel. My response in green.
(I Was asking why my bag was in Florida and not Los Angeles)

This is a hidden gem of a Coach store. Amazing customer service from Natalia, and their hot stamping is extremely well done. Great selection of items as well. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

My new favorite COACH store! I found this gem while searching for a retail store to hotstamp my hang tag for my coach bags on my way home from work. The associates were extremely helpful and inviting, and they patiently answered all my questions. The store itself is extremely organized, clean, and well stocked! I ended up buying a new bag, some charms, a new bag chain, and more hangtags all in the same week. Thank you to Ahlyn & Darling for all of your help, I will definitely be back.

Lilie (or Lily) is a very nice sales person who helped me out during my past visit, she deserves a raise haha. I also met the manager who was also a friendly person. The store had a nice layout with a variety of products to choose from. I would go back again.

8/21/21 - the posted store hours were 11am to 7pm. At 11:15am the doors were still locked and lights off. So I called and to my surprise an employee answered. I would assume if someone is there during business hours that they would actually open the store. But she said they would open late at 11:20. Okay, but at 11:35 the store is still closed. Rule #1 of retail sales is that you have to actually open so people can buy your products. Don't waste your time with this location.

Cassidy helped me out and she went above and beyond! It was my first time shopping in that location and I genuinely felt very welcomed and the employees were friendly. I'm happy to say, I was able to find what I was looking for with ease!!
