Made an appointment for this location to get flu- shot at 2:15 and also buy some things. Got some of my items but not everything I wanted they were out of stock. Walked towards Pharmacy and were close. I asked an associate I had an appointment at 2:15 and told me there at lunch & just walked away. So rude!! I use to work in retail and customer service. Need to better trained associates how to be better customer service.

This is a shoutout to the Sales Associate Ryan at the cash register today Friday at about 1 pm. Went there to use my 40 percent discount. Ryan explained to me how it worked, because I was worried it would take 40 percent off the cheapest item instead of the expensive one. Happily, he explained I didn't have to make separate transactions, and that the discount would be taken off the costlier item if that item wasn't on sale. So he checked it, to give me an option just in case the three items were on sale...they weren't. Thanks Ryan for the terrific customer service at the register...you represented CVS and made me feel like a valued customer. Way to go!!!

The staff is very rude, with the exception of a couple...Mostly everything is locked up. They give you attitude if need something that's under lock & key...& treat you like a criminal cuz you need soap...jeez...gimme a break...They are not nice.

My wife and I always come CVS pharmacy to pick up our medications and other items from the pharmacy. They are knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly We did but items at CVS and get the deals we get.

The manager is not professional lying to customers saying it takes an hour or pharmacy to do med. Do they not people work at pharmacy before. I wish they were straight foreword ,but lys are good for her. People have long day from work coming to get med. and just wanting to go home.

I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for the last 8 years. About 3 weeks ago, I gave them a prescription that they fill regularly. They said they had to order it. Fine, about half the time, that has been the case. Jump to 3 weeks later. They have some excuse about a new ordering system and they can't tell me when the order will come in. I asked if they could give me an estimate. They said no. I asked, not at all? You can't tell me if it would be anytime between tomorrow and 7 months from now? She said no and made the same excuse about new system and they can't really order things.Yeah, not acceptable. I'm not getting this prescription because prescriptions are fun. I was prescribed it because I need it.

This place disappointing people with cancer are asking for med. (That are ready) because I got a email saying my med. are ready and then tell me it's an hour wait. I am not picking up any of my important med. here ever again.

Review is solely for the pharmacy and the one specific Hispanic guy there who thinks he's all that. Today is Sunday 12:30 so you can look up who it is. Sorry but this is not the first time and now it's time to let you know. He has poor customer service skills, is not helpful, is curt with his responses to your questions, acts annoyed with your questions and seems to busy to answer all your questions. Sorry young man you need to find a different profession where it does not involve the public.

Regarding the pharmacy, they say they will call or text you when your prescription is ready but they never do. I was told to arrive by a certain time to pick up my prescription and it was still not ready. Told again that they will call or text but no notification... Like at any CVS pharmacy, I find myself to be waiting a lot.

Ok this was a shocking visit! I've NEVER been to an "y mas" location. Walked in and found what I needed after visiting 5 cvs locations. Thanks to Julie for helping us out and explaining to us why this place was called "y mas" she went above and beyond and showed me where to get what I needed and at check out she even was patient with me when I was asking about the coupons. She is a real good employee. Best I've seen at any cvs! Give this lady a promotion and a raise because she is a one of a kind for sure! Never had the level of help or cvs experience from any other employee ever at CVS. Thank u so much Julie! I'll be back on my next vacation for sure!

My grandparent (who left the cvs) was robbed at their parking lot. I called inquiring how to go about the security footage, and the first person I spoke with (lady) seemed very uninterested and showed no concern. She refused to let me speak to the store manager and told me to call again. I called again and requested the manager, he gave me the information needed, but showed no concern about the robbery. If you have an elderly loved one, PLEASE go with them to this CVS location. I don't think any of these workers would give a damn if they got hurt. Maybe it's company policy?
