I recently visited CVS Pharmacy on 9/1/2024 for both flu and COVID vaccines since my clinic wouldn’t have the COVID vaccine available until 9/9/2024, and I needed it before leaving the country. The pharmacist did an excellent job administering the shots, earning a 5/5 for skill and customer service.
However, the issue arose when I noticed that my COVID vaccination record was missing from the CVS system, while the flu shot was correctly documented today 9/2/2024. After navigating a long automated phone system, I finally spoke to someone who was rude and dismissive. Despite his claim that both vaccines were recorded, my online account only showed the flu shot. He mentioned a possible delay due to the holiday, which I understand, but his attitude was unacceptable.
This experience has made me reconsider using CVS for any future healthcare needs. I’ll be returning to my primary clinic and switching my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I went to CVS only to purchase two packets of Binava Peppermint Breath Sprays. I asked the clerk at the counter, where they were located, she directed me right to them!

In the pharmacy area, they have always treated me very well... in front of the other checkouts in the store, more or less friendly.

everytime i have to refill or pickup my medications never fails they fuck up! i call to verify prescription ready and when i get there still have to wait wasn't shit ready or filled! and workers are all fucking useless anywhere is better than here

Tina the supposedly superviser is the worst!she's a rude old lady with an angry face that make offensive comments about customers!This used to be my favorite CVS but now I don't even want to go there anymore.If Tina doesn't like her job then she should look for a different one!

God is everywhere except at this CVS. You're on your own here. Embrace yourself with Gregorio and Tina. They're extremely Rude! No people skills or patience at all! No matter how long they have been here. To side note: when corporate people are here the employees really know how to put a mask on.

Every time I go to pick up my medicine, I’m greeted and treated very respectfully. I’ve never had an issue. I have a closer CVS, but I prefer to come to this one because of the parking, the cleanliness and associates’ attitude.

8:59pm, pulling up to the pharmacy window drive Thur and the guy puts up a board saying closed. What a piece of s*** seriously! I wrote this review while standing inside as I then parked and walked inside to which they had already closed the blinds to pharmacy. This just means they had already closed down before the actual closing time.
