I go to the CVS medications shopping I just want to say all the cashiers there are nice but the one that stands out the most to me is DINA I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HER SHE'S ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KIND TO EVERYONE IF I COULD GIVE HER A THOUSAND STARS I WOULD AND WHEN I DO GO IN AT TIMES AND I DON'T SEE HER I TURN AROUND AND GO HOME I FEEL SO COMFORTABLE WHEN SHE'S THERE I HOPE SHE NEVER RETIRES SHE DESERVES AN AWARD FOR BEST CASHIER OF THE YEAR... AND WHEN I DON'T UNDERSTAND MY COUPONS AND WHAT I'M DOING SHE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL I KNOW THERE ARE MORE CUSTOMERS THAT LOVE HER ALSO THANK YOU DINA FOR YOUR KINDNESS CONSIDERATION HELPFULNESS AND MOST OF ALL YOU HAVE PATIENCE SEE YOU SOON

I only needed one item. The cashiere told me exactly where to find the item.

All the phamacist/assistant/tech or whatever position they hold are all very rude. I don't know if they really don't like working at this location but the other CVS staff are very friendly and polite so I know it's not a CVS problem.

Pharmacy Indian man is very rude. I understand its busy but thats not my fault. Im willing to wait and pick up later. He rolled his eyes as if im the reason he hates his job. I will be filing a complaint with cvs directly.

Staff there is ok but I have never been so mistreated as a patient . I felt humiliated and discriminated by the male pharmacist on duty tonight. I went there directly after being released from the hospital to pick up prescription. The hospital did incorrectly and he yelled at me for asking him a few questions. Mind you I was under the influence of pain medication and it was hard to comprehend him. I literally wanted to cry. I hate THIS CVS pharmacy

I’ve been trying to get a hold the pharmacy department called five times and no one answers just leaves the phone ring and ring and ring if I didn’t have to go to this CVS I wouldn’t it’s my brothers pharmacy were he gets his medicine. I call there for my brother but this pharmacy sucks big time!!!!

everytime i have to refill or pickup my medications never fails they fuck up! i call to verify prescription ready and when i get there still have to wait wasn't shit ready or filled! and workers are all fucking useless anywhere is better than here

The CVS located in Montebello by Whittier Blvd, has everything that I need, and the personnel are very courteous and professional.

Tina the supposedly superviser is the worst! she's a rude old lady with an angry face that make offensive comments about customers! This used to be my favorite CVS but now I don't even want to go there anymore. If Tina doesn't like her job then she should look for a different one!
