I checked out this Dollar Tree for the first time this past Sunday, 1/14/2024 at around 2:15 PM and had a good experience. First off, the store was really clean. All the aisles looked like they were recently swept. I ended up picking up some 3 Arizona Peach Iced Tea, 1 Arizona lemon iced tea, qtips, and tape lol. I like how you can just stock up on random dollar tree items even if you don't have what you want in mind. Although, the aisles were clean, I noticed that this store had some stuff out of stock. I was going to pick up some things for Valentine's day but didn't see anything that peaked my interest. Customer Service: The girl who helped me at the cash register was nice and helpful! I did notice the lines got long from time to time, but fortunately, it was pretty empty when I got in line. Parking: plenty of parking available. The store is in a plaza with Sola Salon, Vons, Ross and Goodwill. I didn't have any issues finding parking but the spots are a little small. I'd def consider come back if I'm back in the area!

Failed visit. Quality/Quantity - Both things I wanted they did NOT have. Atmosphere - Open 7 days a week from 8am or 9am to 9pm or 10pm. Plenty of mall parking. Service - N/A. Amazon lockers, see picture. Price - $1.25 + tax. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1989 with 15,288+ locations. I did not know that Family Dollar "merged" with you in 2021.

It is a place that I go very often because the prices are very good and they have many things for personal needs, things for the season, for example, they have things for the Halloween season and many other things.

Shopping in Los Angeles, California... Since we don't have Dollar Tree, Dollar King, nor 99 Cents Only stores in Hawaii, I like to look at what kind of deals I can get while on the mainland - even though the sales tax here is higher (around 10% as compared with Hawaii's average of 4.7% sales tax). I actually like inexpensive reading glasses because I don't feel bad if I lose or break a pair. I have them all over the house. You never know if you need to read directions on prescriptions, or labels on clothing, etc. I like different frame shapes and colors, too. I also like the variety of artificial flowers. I take them to family members who have passed away. These flowers last longer and they let my cousins know that someone remembered their parents! I used to purchase greeting cards, but I think I've stocked up quite well right now. I did get more birthday candles because I have a few cakes I need to bake soon... This was a quick and productive shopping trip! I had a bag for my purchases, so, I saved $0.15 by bringing my own bag!

Dollar "twenty five" Tree has been treating us well. It is hands down the best place to buy cleaning supplies. Pick up a bottle of bleach, multipurpose cleaners, a brush, and some gloves. You're ready to clean all the bathrooms in under $5. They look and smell fabulous after.

I had a very bad experience at this store on Saturday 10/1. I was talking on the phone while waiting in line and the cashier, Melissa, looked at me and started calling me names. She began to say that I was talking about her kids and called me a pedoph*le for no reason. She humiliated me in front of everyone. I asked who her supervisor was but she would not tell me. Another cashier came out, I believe her name was Maria, who told me to please ignore her and that she was sorry. I am very concerned as to why Dollar Tree would hire people and allow them to treat their customers this way. I live right next to the store and I now feel like it is not safe for me to continue shopping here. Melissa seemed like she was not registering what I was saying and was just focused on threatening me with calling the police. She was yelling at me in front of other customers and I felt extremely embarrassed. I do not know Melissa nor have I ever met her. I don’t know who her kids are and I would never speak about anyone’s children the way she was accusing me.

Cashier named Mellisa had to be having a bad come down, I was in line about to pay and she started telling this woman stuff out of no where , at first she was talking to herself and then she started calling the woman names to her face for no apparent reason, the customer looked completely clueless as to what the cashier was even ranting on about, completely unprofessional, the manager came over and told the woman to just ignore her, I couldn’t believe management hasn’t had any disciplinary action against her, I’m sure this was not the first time this cashier lashes out for no apparent reason.
