Came with my partner to use the atm and it's not working but what's new here right!? I parked in the front of the entrance so my partner can go inside the bank to withdraw money. He walked from the atm to the entrance while I went around and parked In the front. I notice an older man staring from inside for a good while, so I stared back lol he finally walks outside and asked why I was parked in front of the bank. I honestly didn't know if to get mad or laugh smh stop racial profiling. He did not ask That to the guy parked next to me waiting for the person he came with, that was Also inside the bank!

Thx to Julia Privitera, kind n patience for senior. Always helped me solve the problems Seems like lots of customers like her. Everyone waived hands to her when they walked in . Friendly n knowledgeable She's absolutely quality be a branch manager.

Ridiculous how it's a policy to ask a frequent reoccurring customer how much you made the week prior, in order for you to cash a check made by this company just to "verify" . The clerk question is : How much did you make last time you came? Is this the same amount as last time. ($1300-$1800) What kind of mediocre "reassuring/verifiable technique is that. Obviously I'm going to say yes just so I can get on with my day. And why does it matter of the amount if the actual physical check is issued from East West Bank. We all know you have that information if the check is issued and made by this company.

I will never come back to this bank anymore !!! Bad customer service! I called on the phone and asked if there's any available safe deposit in their location. The banker, Mina she first told me yes just come and open the account so they could give me one. On the next day, I went to the bank and try to open the account because based what she told me if I open an account then they will have it ready for me. This lady is super unreliable. She was like " I never said that....." WTH !? R u freaking serious!? My whole family members have been using EWB for more than 10 years !!!!!! Because of her ! We r going to eliminate all our account from EWB. Super disappointed..........
