DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They use multiple company names Soudstream is under this company. Horrible customer service.....change their pricing at will. No attempt to help. Cracked screen.....$500 to replace and you need to ship the unit to them.....will not be responsible is lost or misplaced....your money is gone and so is your headunit.......STAY AWAY. I now have a $2000 2 year old piece of useless junk.

I contacted this company to see if they might have a replacement button for a Power acoustik PD-769NB face plate. The button just fell of and was lost. I know the company doesn't make or mold the product. They must be made in China or Japan They wouldn't even help. They just said they don't make the product anymore

Was referred to them by Poweracoustik when my PDN-626B unit started to have a malfunctioning navigation system. While I wasn't able to get the firmware or navigation update that I needed to fix this annoying self-resetting issue, both the person who answered the call and the tech support person I was transferred to were polite and professional.

Bought a 300$ car amp worked for a day literally and then nothing. went through the whole dog and pony show with warranty. Save your self the frustration Anne is never in the office or by the phone always an excuse save yourself the frustration and don't purchase from this compan. don't see how they are still in operations from the looks of there reviews. I'm literally taking ever power akoustic brand out all my ve and th them in the trash besides the crappy service they don't even follow their on protocol move residents and geniuses sent it too my old address after I notified them of move garbage garbage garbage. just check out their reviews

They have the worst customer service you can imagine. It’s like a bunch of kids they got answering the phone. Not even the slightest amount of professionalism. You email leave messages for “managers” with no reply. I would rather pay double for another unity than to ever have to use this company again. It’s the Betamax of customer service. Run don’t walk.

Epsilon Electronics (EE) contacted me reference a Vitalize massage gun I recently purchased via Costco. I received the product and the plastic control panel came off during shipping. I would not stay on so I processed it for return. I stated above EE contacted me immediately to ascertain more information relative to the return. I advised them that the produce worked and I got great results other than the plastic control panel disc popping off. To resolve the issue EE is refunding me and sending me a replacement. EE has gone above the Customer Service realm on this one. I will see how the replacement goes and hopefully EE will address the defect in the product. They seem to care and want to treat customers right going forward. Especially, EE representative Carlos who spoke to me via phone he was cordial, respectful, and seem to genuinely care about my purchase. I always say give a company a chance to fix or see it made right for the customer and they did just that in this matter. Thank You!

They are not BBB accredited because they dont answer customer complaints. DO your homework before buying their products - Precision Power, Power Acoustics, because if you have an issue, which you will, they will avoid responsibility to no end.

answered phone right away and talked to a very nice teck. couldn't fix my new pdn-623b because it was to new (2019) AND THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS WRONG. CAN'T BLAME THEM FOR THAT. BUT HERE I AM WITH NO GPS.

This company has the worst employee in their Warranty department. She is so rude it is hard to believe until you find out how small this company is. Run from this company. They also go by the name Precision Acoustik. There are more negative reviews there. They dont even tell you they spell acoustic with a K on the telephone.... How would you know that if they are speaking on the phone.... HORRIBLE PEOPLE. KARMA WILL COME BACK ON THEM.
