Sadly this is only for drop off I wish when you looked up a FedEx Center they would tell you it's only for drop off. I ended up having to go elsewhere. Waste of time

I didn't like it, I sent some vitamins to Mexico and they never arrived, they got confused and I went to FedEx and they told me that there are no Asian people responsible for things in Mexico, they just use omg ????

The manager at the Monterrey park, ca location wouldn't take my package and said I had to buy there box. Which is a lie and I filed ca complaint. I went down the street to another fedex location and they took it no problem
