Very good selection on shoes and great staff here. Robert was helping me from the moment i walked into the store and was quick to assist me in getting the right size that I wanted. Someone tried to cut me for a shoe but Robert helped me by notifying other workers and the register I was there before and asked for the size first. Thank you Robert! Robert also was helpful in assisting me in other gift ideas I had questions about. Grade A service today

Only reason why I'm giving this place 1 star is because of a 'manager' named Robert. I went in looking for some sweatpants for work and I overheard a conversation between him and another worker. He was complaining about some worker named Briana and saying harsh things about her. He was also being very loud about it which in my opinion is very unprofessional, specially when there are customers around! Why even become a manager if you hate your job and the people you work with...

Terrible service! Took forever just to check out and would not honor my rewards. They stated that 1 coupon per transaction. I have always bought socks and used the rewards on them. This time the lead said she would honor the sock promotion which is advertised on the website and on the package but she wouldn’t let me use my rewards on them. Huh! If your website takes it and I’ve been doing it for years. Either JD Sports is not the same as Finish Line or this store is something else. Plus they take forever in the cash register with like 6 associates just standing around gossiping

My experience here at JD Sports was great, I really loved the variety of shoes available and everything was very well organized and I was able to find everything I was looking for. I would definitely be coming here again if anything because it was a great experience and I know they get very nice shoes and overall a cool place to shop.

The worst shopping experience ever. Terrible staff and the customer service is trash. Got my shipping address wrong and they couldn't change it in store. Then they lost the shoes and didn't even notify me. I had to follow up almost a month later. Go to Champs or Footlocker if you want to actually get the shoes you purchased.

this store is ridiculous! Spend your money somewhere else. I normally don't leave reviews. My bf bought me some Shoes as a surprise. I gave birth 2 months ago. when your pregnant your foot is swollen/ shoe size Goes up. before being pregnant I was 7.5. when I was pregnant I was 9 or 10. anyways he got me a size 8.5 but they were too big. I don't know my shoe size ive only been using my Crocs size 9/ sandals. I literally just tried them on to see if they fit that's it. didn't go nowhere besides trying them on in my house as if I were trying them on in the store! My bf goes the following day To get an 8. whoever the MOD was said " they are slightly worn and I can't resell those sorry" like what?? excuse me that's ridiculous. I asked her name and said She actually can't give out her name That she's the only manager there. how hard is it to give your name? im going to know your name One way or another. I understand when employees don't want to give Out names but ur a manager be professional. it makes no sense at all!! I guess we can't surprise someone with new shoes And if they don't fit you can't return bc they have been "slightly worn" Please make sure to try them there this was litterly within 21 hrs who know what they'll say if you return your Shoes 4-5 days after. shoutout to the store in Downey in stonewood mall. Who was able to exchange them!! will be going there now even though its far. montebello was close to me but would rather spend my money there.

According to Google, store closes at 7pm and I was not allowed to go in at 6:30pm. In my opinion they should change the store hours to avoid inconviniences. Lucky for me Foot Locker also closes at 7pm but lets you purchase shoes up until 7pm.
