Fit From the Ground Up is a great local gym in Montebello. For the last 2 years I've been attending boot camp classes 2-4 times a week. Classes are small and the workouts change up frequently which keeps it fun. I've consistently attended and gained strength and confidence.

Cristine is a great coach, can always count on her to correct my form and push me harder than i realize i could! Recommend this gym for those who don’t know where to begin or need a good push after working out for awhile ~

It's a great place to get a great workout. Christine is always conscientious of helping alter workouts if you have any past injuries or current issues while still pushing you. There's a great sense of community here which has always been important to me.
