I went into the footlocker 10 min before closing. I asked the gentleman standing at the door if I can come in I know what I want the gentleman stated his manger BRENDA doesn't want anyone else coming into the store while their is still customers browsing inside the store. HorribleService.

I went in looking for a pair of Nikes and standing in the middle of the store were two employees. I wasnt greeted... not even acknowledged! I looked at the entire wall of shoes as 4 minutes passed. I could hear the male employee trying to flirt with the female employee. They were so involved with each other, neither one asked if I wanted any help. I walked out somewhat disappointed. I went a few stores down to JDsports and was promptly greeted and helped right away. I was impressed by JDs customer service and selection that I walked out with two pairs of shoes worth over $300. Its too bad for this footlocker... they let money walk out the door that couldve helped their quota for the day.

customer service was great waited at another shoe store for 30 minutes just so they could tell me they didn't have my size went to foot locker and went in and out in less than 10 minutes
