“5/5 Stars – Incredible Service I had an amazing experience at Ultimate Gun Shop, especially after a frustrating experience elsewhere. I originally went to Gun World in Burbank, but they messed up my paperwork so badly that it caused a massive delay. Ultimate Gun Shop was completely different. They took their time, paid close attention to detail, and filed all of my paperwork perfectly—zero delays this time! Beyond the flawless administrative work, the staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure I picked out the perfect firearm for home defense for my needs without feeling rushed. Coming here from now on.”

“Went in with a safety question about my firearm. They ended up machining a part on the spot back to perfection and checked my function on two firearms immediately after. Very good service and very knowledgeable staff. Saad showed me a mistake I was making and how to fix properly in the future. Very appreciative of this shop. Also prices are very competitive and had the best price on a few things I have seen around.”

“This shop really gives a family business feel. Much rather support them than big chains. They take care of you here with nice staff that aren’t jerks like at most shops and have a lot of experience.”

“This was my first time at this range, the staff was super helpful and it does get crowded. There was about a 20-minute wait for a lane which isn't bad I guess.”

“I recently purchased a Glock 34 from Arcadia Firearm and Safety, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and the overall service was excellent. David, the owner, was especially impressive — he was incredibly friendly, patient, and very easy to talk to. He answered my questions thoroughly, offered helpful guidance, and made the whole purchase smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a shop with great prices and a genuinely good person behind the counter, I highly recommend visiting David here. I’ll definitely be coming back again.”

“I went there today to pick up my hand gun. And purchase some ammo. Staff was super friendly. Very polite, the worker gave me a good demonstration on how to use the gun. My full experience going to do the test and then picking up my weapon was great. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to explain and help. I’d recommend this store.”

“I’ve been to many gun shops and for the most part I’m not greeted, maybe one or two shops have greeted me. That said I’ve never had a problem with this store other than my first visit I didn’t know you had to sign in and get called on to be helped to buy a gun or ammo pretty much anything over the counter like Turner’s. They should have a big sign stating you have to sign in to be helped for new people because the place could be packed at times. Like I said other than that I’ve bought rifles, pistols and ammo without a hitch. I’ve purchased and preordered online and everything went smooth. Im not looking for a smile or someone to go the extra mile. As long as the employee is knowledgable to the questions I ask and I don’t get a bad attitude that’s all need. Look on their website and they do have good deals.”
