Truck LA13 is an extremely dangerous driver. October 3rd 2022 I was on the 60 West at 7:45 p.m. I was in the far right lane approaching the ramp for the 605 South. The Inland Kenworth pickup truck was in lane to my left. The person driving started coming into my lane forcing me to move on to the shoulder. Honking and flashing to get their attention they continue to come in over. I was able to avoid from getting hit. During all of this I could see the glow from their cell phone. When I approached the left side of the truck after making my lane change I was able to see the driver was indeed on their cell phone completely distracted. When I had to shift into the shoulder avoiding being hit my front right tire picked up debris causing a flat tire a mile later. Due to the negligence of a distracted driver in a company vehicle I am now faced with a cost of a new tire for my vehicle.

Just spent 22 mins waiting for someone to pick up nothing, called Rush truck center and spoke to a live person within one min and purchased to part.. Please don't give this place a thought, what a waste of time

Bad service all the way they don't keep you informed and the only time they contact you is to tell you they want more money and they will do that over and over until they put there mechanics thru school at your expenses because they will keep changing parts on your truck until they finally get it right at your expens so if you don't want to go broke fixing your truck push it or tow it some place else you will thank me later and as to time good luck on that if you get it back in weeks your luck plan on it to be there from 2 to 4 weeks and that's if they have the parts in stock I think that they just keep charging you for time and they dont even work on your truck that's why the block the windows to see in to the shop that's just my opinion on that

It's the worst experience we had. one time, after repair, they forgot to put the cap back on for the clutch. we already got scheduled work for that day because the truck is ready to pick up. and they told us we have to wait over the weekend for the technician to come next Monday to put the cap back on (can't believe a professional technician in the dealer forgot to put parts back on and just left on the side. very basic mistake). so we have to cancel the work, which causes us penalty. second time, we need fix A/C and headlight wiring. this takes 3 whole weeks... and we spent $4600 just for wiring?! don't know why takes so long and so expensive. we have to keep calling service department to push them work. otherwise, they just keep postpone the repair for my truck. worst experience ever

Yes , i wanna share my experience , before i came to this dealership , i called and i asked , how long is gonna take to pull my truck in the shop? They told me right in that day , my truck went in the shop after 4 days , and another 2 days i waited for somebody to do a test drive , i payed 700$ for some software update , i left dealership , and after 50 miles i got all the alarm lights on the board. I can say just , that this is the worst dealership that i’ve ever saw

This place is not so bad but it's not the most knowledgeable I would say to do your own research before doing any work in any workshop I recently had some work done on def tank and the mechanic left the hose for the radiator coolant loose and spilt all my radiator fluid witch is located on top of def tank. Make sure you do your own inspection before leaving the place.Also I was expecting a inland kenworth complimentary calendar and never received it what a disappointment for such a well know brand the least they could do is not shame others competing semi companies as seen they don't have the best ratings.
