“I would say from my limited experience only being there once, I could tell that they have a pretty good variety to select from. The only real downside was their lack of.HVAC system, and we ended up going during the heat wave! Other than that seems like a pretty solid place.”

And the fixtures she pointed us to are going to fit in perfectly! She couldn’t have made the process more pleasant, managing our selection from thinking stage, through order and delivery, with patience and professionalism. Great job, Beth. Thank you!”

“We really enjoyed working with David Chou at Cabinet City Kitchen & Bath in both the San Gabriel and Rowland Heights location. From the beginning, David was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted, walked us through different options, and helped us put together a cabinet layout that we’re really happy with. We especially appreciated his patience with all of our questions and changes along the way. He never made us feel rushed and was always accommodating. We also felt they offered good-quality cabinet materials at very competitive prices. Thank you, David, for making the whole process so much easier!”

“We needed to replace our dishwasher. We filled out a request on the website of L&D appliances listing our desire for a specific brand and mentioned that our space was non standard and that we wanted a white dishwasher. Within minutes, Andrew Fields, Appliance Sales Associate at L&D, responded by email. He informed us that for our non standard space what we needed was an ADA compliant machine and that our selected brand did not currently offer such a machine in white. He sent links for such a machine built by other companies. We were especially impressed that he even steered us to another retailer where we could purchase a discontinued model from our preferred brand that was ADA compliant and in white. Andrew was always very courteous and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend him.”

“So happy with our Frontier Cabinets experience! We initially stumbled onto Frontier Cabinets with a google search, looking for an alternative to big box, prefab options for our kitchen remodel. After visiting their showroom, talking with Cindy (our project manager) and then getting a clear and very fair estimate, we signed on for custom cabinetry. As I had a design layout in mind from the beginning, I didn’t start from scratch with the design team. But they mocked up my ideas in detail and then worked with me to clarify and refine the final design. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The timeline was clearly delineated early on and remained on schedule. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and clearly. The installation process was smooth and we’re extremely pleased with the high quality of workmanship. Everyone at Frontier was friendly and professional and we would highly recommend them!”

“Truly an amazing company. We bought 2 Toto Washlet toilets, and one had a defective seat that was not warming properly. Toto wanted to repair it, but I requested an exchange for a new one. The Toto company refused, and Million Decor stood behind the product and sent me a new one. Then we sent back the defective one to Toto. AMAZING service!”

“Yvonne is awesome. She was patient and gives great advice. This is my first time remodeling and I have so many questions. She was able to give me great suggestions and very patient answering all my questions. I do wish the company has more color choices. Their product is solid. Very high quality. The original cabinets installed by the builder were from FX and I love them. This is why I went back to the builder for reference. They said they always buy from FX. Can't be more satisfied.”

“I've worked with Diane and other Golden West employees and have only had very positive experiences with them all. Diane spent hours with me, helping to select the best fittings for my 2 new bathrooms and new kitchen which I renovated this year. If she didn't have something she found a work around. If something was available elsewhere, she made sure her price for the same item came in for less money. She lent me books, supplies and gave ready advice on do and don'ts. I highly recommend Golden West because of her excellence in all things service and the high quality of products offered.”

“I want to give an honest rating to Pasadena Kitchen on Rosemead Blvd. I wanted a heavy duty; long-lasting coin opt washer and dryer. I did my research and found out that Speed Queen is one of the more reliable brands. Speed Queen Washer and Dryer are not available at the Big Brand Name Box Stores. Heck! You see a lot of Speed Queen washers and dryers in the local laundromats. I decided to make the purchase for the washer and dryer with Edward from Pasadena Kitchen on Rosemead Blvd. Edward explained to me that Speed Queen is an excellent and reliable brand, but it does take longer than normal to arrive. He was not kidding. It took longer than I anticipated. We were without a washer and dryer for a while and we did not mind, so going to the local laundromat wasn’t an inconvenience. Talking to Edward, he explained to me why the manufacturer’s production was being delayed. I called once a week, and every week Edward would provide an update of the status as to when I would expect the washer and dryer. When the Speed Queen arrived. Edward contacted me and set up a delivery date that works for me. Jose from Pasadena Kitchen was wonderful and very pleasant. He arrived early and he was very careful moving the washer and dryer inside the laundry room. He helped set it up; tested the washer and dryer, answered all my questions before heading out. Overall, I am very happy with Pasadena Kitchen on Rosemead Blvd. Thank you, Edward and Jose.”

“Mike is the ultimate gentleman contractor, one of only a few in LA that truly put the customer first. Even in the crazy inflationary market of the past year, he worked tirelessly to deliver a good price - when costs were increasing weekly - and source materials. He was around often during the job to check on progress and ensure that the work was done to our satisfaction. He was diligent in ensuring all of the punch-list items were completed at the end of the job. We’ve had only one rain test so far, but I’m confident the roof will last for years. This isn’t the first work Mike has done for us and I’m certain it won’t be the last - I just trust that he’s going to do a top quality job.”

“Have always loved Bauer pottery, so naturally was stoked to read online the other day that there is a Bauer studio in LA! We went today and absolutely loved it. The gentleman that helped us was seriously the best. So approachable and friendly, totally willing to explain things and answer questions, packaged all our items up nicely. THAT is how you do customer service. Add incredible beautiful products on top of it and it really can’t be beat! My one request is that you guys start making the Swirl planter in a smaller size as well!! I would love that. And our friend that helped us said it’s being considered ?? Thank you, guys!!”

“Best experience with Cabinet Square Inc. The designer did a fabulous job in putting together a set of beautiful yet functional kitchen and laundry cabinets. Her measurement was so precise that that cabinets came out precisely fit in all the corners and space available in my kitchen. She was also very patient with me with choices of color and when we wanted to change color even after putting the order, she was very happy and helpful in doing so for us. I would highly recommend Cabinet Square. Excellent quality, price and service !”
