Fast, clean and efficient service. Staff is focused and diligent. Lab has multiple rooms for blood draw. Rooms are clean, well lit and well organized. Appointments are recommended for faster service. Not sure if there's parking available in the building? But parking is available on the side street outside the lab location.

This location and service is awful. The system was down and we all had to sign in on a sheet. I signed in at 10:30am as a walk in and wrote the reason on the side. It’s 12:40pm and they check my stuff out and tell me they don’t drug test at this location for employment. I was really upset obviously and let them know they could’ve let me know ahead of time since I wrote it in, they didn’t believe me, mainly this lady in the front with glasses who was giving attitude to every person coming in, so they checked the list to verify and it was right there. All they could say is sorry and have a great day after hours of wasted time.

Best lab I've ever used! Clean and organized. I checked in with the app and was called on time. BRENDA helped me all the way through, was gentle with the needle, and was cordial and professional.

I wish I had a way of posting a photo here. One of the drivers was parked halfway in the handicap parking and refused to move. He was sitting there in the shade texting while I was late for physical therapy. I am disabled obviously but he told me to go park somewhere else. It's not going to look good for LabCorp but I'm going to go ahead and submit the photos to the Pico Rivera Sheriff's department.

Don’t understand any negative reviews. I e always had great experience here. Unlike other locations that require an appointment, you can walk in here. Log in thru one of the kiosk and they call you in a queue in the order you came in. Unless of course you have a specialized testing. I hate needles and I hate having blood draw. What helps is the positivity of the person doing the job also there experience level. I’ve had times at other places where I had bruises after. And one time at a hospital I guess there was an explosion or something wasn’t connected right. All I know is there was blood sprayed everywhere. I just looked away I didn’t want to see that especially since it was my blood. Anyway any lab work I need under my current insurance I go here. Unless of course I’m somewhere else and there happens to be a lab corp near by.

The staff is reduculas, the city wasn't specified on the form Pasadena or Arcadia, I said Arcadia, so if it was Pasadena then they could just call Arcadia. What's the big deal? Where to send the results to. As limg as they are in the system aby doctor csn access then, so just get them done already.

I went to this place for the first time this morning due to my insurance being changed and it wasn't as bad as the reviews said, I don't know what happened before that caused the rating to be so low. I was a little worried before I went but my personal experience I am quite satisfied with the clean environment. The bathroom is also very clean. The staff are also very friendly. The lady who drew my blood was very polite and professional. I am very satisfied with today's service! Everything is perfect!

I’ve been doing walk ins at montebello Labcorp and the service there was horrible they have always treated me poorly , now they don’t take any walk ins when online says they do and when I got there the girls were on there phone and there was not one single person in the lobby it was definitely a waste of time going in there . I had a couple of questions and they refused to answer me and printed out a paper saying to go to the Labcorp on Whitter that “they can answer all your questions “ which I thought was so rude . Labcorp needs to hire better employees at the Montebello location or just close it down completely because as soon as I got to the Labcorp on Whittier and painter it was such a different environment the service there was amazing they were so helpful, efficient AND answered all my questions .

Friendly and quick service. Morning staff today (5/28) were very helpful and kind. There was a hiccup with paperwork from my PCP but they were 110% helpful.

10/02 Showed up for my 1:30 pm appointment at 1:15pm , Checked in with the link I was provided yesterday 10/01. Took longer than expected to get a text so I decided to call and I realized online It stated they were closed. So i walk upstairs to confirm & door was closed with a note stating They were closed 7:00-1:00. What kind of bullshit is this ? Was not notified AT ALL !! 10/03 : They keep calling me and leaving voicemails, apologizing that unfortunately I didn't receive the notification stating they were closed. BS how is it that multiple people didn't get one?
