Business profile states that they close at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday drove 40 minutes arrived and it was closed at 7:22 pm when we arrived. Embarrassing that a big company like Macy's cant have the accurate hours on their business profile

I want to give an honest and unbiased review. Trying not to give bad reviews (so 2 stars). I understand working in retail and customer service is hard especially during a pandemic. Thank you for your hard work and risking your health during this difficult time. I know you are trying and don't have many workers helping. So here is my experience for curbside pick up. I waited 45 mins for my package. Isn't 45 mins a bit too long? I tried to pick up at the store and was 2nd person to be next. However, I didn't want to wait because there was only one worker (I felt bad for her) and there's quite a few people waiting in line. So I switched to curbside. Long story short-- At first I waited 30 minutes, with one girl doing curbside who constantly checks on me. First she asked for my QR code, then asked if I'm still waiting, then later tells me she can't find my item and is looking for it. Everyone came after me all got their items and left. And here I am waiting 15 more minutes --patiently and being very nice about it. After 15 mins passed I went inside the store and they found my package.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a couch 6 months ago, and it has yet to be delivered. It was purchased in September, and promised to arrive October. We took out our old couches in preparation, but low and behold a delay suddenly occurred and it was promised in November. Then December. Then January. Then February. Now March. Only promising thing about Macy's seems to be that they'll be one of the worst experiences you'll ever have. My disappointment is immeasurable. My grandpa has had no couches for 6 months. My mother has had no couches for 6 months. I have had no couches for 6 months.

Stopped by for a couple of returns and loved how the store was set up for returns separately from the online pick up orders. They had two lines for each and clearly separated with large readable signs to help guide the way, which wasn't freaky needed as someone greeted me and directed me to returns when she saw the package in my hand. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Would have been 5 mins but i saw some deals near check out and had to buy some Godiva chocolate and cashews for 50% off. Was even a better deal with Macy's coupons. Not sure why all the bad scores. I used to stop by here often for online order pick up orders before Covid and loved the service then. Been 9 mos since I stepped in this store and was happy the level of service is still there.
