I don't even know where to start my car broke down on the five freeway at 4AM !! I contacted Petra Towing they were so professional and showed up in less than 10 minutes they were extremely professional I was so thankful for them to show up so quickly the rates were also very reasonable overall I was very pleased !

Had the misfortune of being in an accident petra towing recovered my car while I went to the hospital. When I went to pick up my car I noticed a valuable chain and pendant were missing when I pointed this out there response was that's hearsay because no one saw it there!

The lady who works there is extremely unprofessional! She hates her job clearly! She will curse at you just because she is frustrated with her job! She mad a mistake and instead of saying she messed up and to give her a minute, she says "shut the f*** up so I can think" excuse you lady! Do your job right and you wouldn't have that problem to begin with. Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. AAA should really stop using them!

This towing place sucks! First I told them 12 and they thought i said 2! Then its after 2 and they still dont come! Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes and now they are not answering the phone!!!

I "had" an issue that was not a positive one. After speaking with David and Juliette, I know they are here too make a difference in Montebello. Juliette made everything perfect. She is very attentive, and cares very much about customer service relations. I am sure from this day forward, there will only be positive words to say. If anyone has issues with Petra's Towing (DBA: Helms and Hill), call Juliette she will resolve any issues. Juliette IS making a change in the towing business for Montebello, California.

This is a very bad towing place. They towed me for no reason. The place had no signs stating 1 hour parking. Than they charged me over 300 to get my car back. Im poor and this is wrong.
