This place the Worst really rude customer service and really bad workers they didn’t check me out when I got to checkout they ignored me! One of the workers even rolled there eyes at me.

Made the drive to make some online returns and the employee informed me Shoe Palace doesn't allow you to make in store returns only exchanges, not even store credit. Obviously this is no fault of the employees, bc it is shoe palaces corporate policy's. That seems kinda insecure of the company not to allow in store refunds. Like there quality is questionable so they don't want u to risk buying elsewhere. There shipping return policy is ridiculous they'll charge you for the return even if it's bc the quality of the item wasn't liked. Maybe Under armour.

I had the best experience shopping at Shoe Palace today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, and the staff's positive energy was contagious. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to help. Destiny, Paige, Amaris, Bryan & Saco were all incredibly attentive, offering suggestions based on my style without being overbearing. It was so easy to find what I was looking for, and the team made the process even smoother!! They were patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a priority throughout my visit. Excellent customer service and a great selection—I’ll definitely be back soon!

We visited this location on 7/7/24 around 4 PM to purchase a pair of shoes and although I didn't find what I was searching for I must say the service was incredible all the employees are very helpful and courteous and always smiling and that is the type of service that is very hard to come by now days.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent customer service encounter at this store.one week ago I attemoted to return an item,only to be informed by the staff that, due to shortage of giftcard, only an exchange could be made. Or I can wait few day until the giftcard restock.So, today I tried again and the staff tell me same thing happend. I told them I came here for second times, if possible for a cash refund since you don't have giftcard for me, they refused to comply at the begining and use sucks excuse to said: system won't let me process that.Moreover , the attitude displayed by the store manager was highly unsatisfactory, as there was a clear reluctance to process to refund, creating an unwelcoming environment for resolbing the issue. He told me can refund cash for you this time but no more for next!! Also try to ask me keep it because the item is cheap! I said because you don't have gift card so that I ask for cash to insist which I think is reasonable.He said its company is wrong ,not his fault. Well, I think he should find ways to solve this problem instead of defending youself. As store manager, you should know how to deal with customer, however he looks like a clown and thinks I'm humiliating him.I trust that company should take the necessary steps to ensure that such custmoer service shortcomings are addressed promptly and effectively. It is imperative that customers are treated with respect and provided with the service they deserve. And I strongly suggest that the store consider replacing the current manager to ensure a more conducive and customer-friendly environment in the future.

Today I walked in, to buy the Jordan retro 3 lucky green size 11 as the employee is about to hand me the shoes another employee approaches me and tells me. That the shoes are on hold for the manager. I was like wtf they probably do this often and they probably do the same when they have raffles. I will never go back to a Shoe Palace ever again.

Noticed the manager from this store is backdooring pandas. Saw him sell a pair of pandas but was only selling to people who I noticed r his family members. Crazy and another reason why I stopped supporting shoe palaces.

To bad I couldn't give them a 0 star I walk in the store no employee acknowledged me or even went to ask if I needed assistance they were like 3 employees free and still didn't even bother to ask if I needed assistance literally i was going to buy 3 pairs of shoes since I nobody help me Ijust walked out and went to foot locker were I end up buying my shoes.
