We have been to this T-mobile location in Montebello for years we enjoy the service by the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their products of phones and other items. They are very helpful when we have a problem with our phone and bill and also questions we have and they give the answer of our questions.

Understaffed and undertrained. It's not good enough to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen by someone that won't critically think or problem solve. To be told to wait longer for a system/app to come or to come back later. Went to a different tmobile location and was helped right away despite that location having the same application issues (also no wait). Employee wasn't sure about other ways to help me resolve the issue with my screen protector (which I am paying insurance for). Thumbs down.

Overall all T-Mobile locations can improve by training their staff in understanding their products better. This means they must know how their products work and how the product can be fixed in case it doesn't work. Too often the employees don't know how to fix a problem and will offer you another product to fix it. This leads to extra charges one did not plan to pay at the moment and in the long run of monthly payments. To all salespeople out there earning bonuses from comissions, money belongs in your wallet, not your heart.

Thank you, June, for the excellent customer service. I'm still learning my new phone, but you made the transfer of my old phone so easy. Pleasant, great attitude and willingness to help and recommend a new plan to save on our bill is really appreciated. Highly recommend June!

I came into this store because I was having trouble getting a new line. The first person to greet me was a young girl and asked if I needed help. There was many customers in the store at the time but she still acknowledged me which made my day. She had a great attitude while I was trying to explain my situation. I had an amazing experience and was able to walk out with a phone that day. Thank you Melissa for helping me out!! If you need help this t-mobile has great employees that actually want to help.

This place went down what happen to the old workers all these new workers suck they have bad attitudes and don't know what there doing.especially the one girl I think her name is Melissa she was the worst rolling her eyes couldn't answer my questions couldn't get off her phone little girl didn't know what she was doing .i won't be going there again worst costumer service do not recommend you will be disappointed.
