Great staff that is very informed of their products and are sweet to all customers. If I'm in the mall, I stop by to say "hello". Great supervisor and just fantastic staff members!!! Highly recommend.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Today I went in to purchase a powerbank and everything went smooth until I left, I seen I was charged again on a separate transaction, it wasn't just a 1 or a couple bucks. So I returned and explained, they assured me everything was fine. Butat the beginning when i made my purchase i seen the younger gentleman swiped my card twice and looked confused for a second. I assume he is new or too busy trying to talk to the women workers but he needs to do his job better.

Went into t-mobile today and had the best experience thanks to Jairo and Andre. Jairo and Andre ,were just amazing they had great people skills ,patient, and very knowledgable on products available and were able to breakdown everything we needed to know. we were out the door in no time. we do not regret our purchases thanks T mobile and Jairo as well as Andre

Here at Montebello T-Mobile today. I politely asked if I can have the FREE give away pink bag. Agent said it's only for T-Mobile customers. I told them I wasn't, I also told them, I really would like the FREE pink bag. Again, Agent stated its for T-Mobile customers. I was so disappointed. If ever I decide to change phone carriers, this experience wouldn't make me switch to T-Mobile. Prior to this give away of this pink bag, I was considering in switching to T-Mobile. Guess your FREE pink bag cost you a new customer. Oh well?

I have been to quite a few cell phone stores, but the attention and professionalism of the Montebello store left an incredible impression on me. The representative named Israel took very good care of us, he gave us a good explanation and we even ended up buying some accessories when he explained their importance to us, my family was very happy, I highly recommend them

I absolutely love coming here ONLY, I l enjoy my T mobile service as well 12 plus years , the other day went with my daughter to upgrade her i phone the sales person Jairo ,was just amazing he had great people skills ,patient, and very knowledgable on products available. we were out the door in no time. we do not regret our purchase! thanks T mobile and Jairo.

If you’re looking into buying the new iPhone 14, DONT. The new eSim has made it super difficult for employees to do their job. They can’t activate a simple (already) existing line. With my luck, my new phone connected to an existing line that wasn’t mine. I figured it was an easy fix where I just had to take my phone to T-Mobile to activate my current line to the phone. I spent over 1 hour on the phone with a representative prior to my visit to this location. Since I had no luck I visited this T-Mobile location since it was the closest to me at the time. The T-Mobile employees were downright terrible. I wasted two hours of my time just to be told that there was nothing I could do and that my NEW phone was defective. Brandon and his coworkers were all huddled up around my phone and not a single one was able to do anything. Brandon had also told me that since I didn’t buy my phone at T-Mobile then he was not able to do anything but be silly and waste my time. He told me to take my phone back to where I bought it (Best Buy) and figure it out there. The only reason I bought it off Best Buy was because T-Mobile has the iPhone 14 Pros and Pro Maxs on backorder.Once I took my phone to Best Buy, a lovely employee, was able to help me out and get me settled. They told me that T-Mobile was rude and that the reason Brandon didn’t help me was because he wasn’t going to be able to make a commission off me since I didn’t buy anything and only went in for activation.Brandon, if you’re reading this… thank you for wasting not only my time and your time on something that could have been accomplished in under 10 mins. Do better or get someone else to do your job for you.It is so disappointing. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with T-Mobile employees and their customer service but this has by far been the worst. I don’t mean to generalize all employees but if you’re not going to try and fix a customer’s problem then you’re better off finding a different job. Once Brandon saw that I wasn’t a sale to him, he kept doing multiple side tasks.I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location.
