My first time going here.. it was an okay experience... pretty expensive..I was pushed into getting the gel x nails instead of acrylic.. cost $80.00 ... the nails came out beautiful... I liked them.. Liz was the lady/ madam who serviced my nails. Thank you Liz

This place is designed really nice, and you can tell that they're doing everything that they can to try to get people to return. The one thing that they could fix most is how high they charge for their prices. The second thing that they would need to fix is the fact that they're charging 30% to their employees out of their tips, which is a 100% illegal as of February this year per Trumps executive order.
And I told the owner as such, and she tried to debate me about it, it's an egregious act, and they should not be stealing from their employees.
You can tell that the people are used to just abiding by whatever she says because they don't want to lose their job. But quite frankly, that is a despicable thing to do as an owner. Speaking from one business owner to another, you should be ashamed of yourself. You could have gotten 5 stars. Had you not been taking advantage of your employees and overcharging the patrons that try to come and frequent your location. But I'm sure that, as you can see that traffic will continue to slow down and I'm sure it's because of how you treat people especially you're staff, the ones who help you achieve the success you desire.

I was a walk-in asking for a soak off and basic manicure, no paint. I checked in on the iPad and selected NO to getting texts. (Important for later) Jenny started working on my nails and was nice enough, but when she found out I had hard gel on under the regular gel she got obviously irritated. That was my bad I guess, I didn't even know I had it. She then went in hard with the e-file. She butchered my fingers! When cashing out she asked for my phone number to check off on the iPad and she changed my answer for getting texts to YES because I immediately got a message thanking me for joining.

The place is clean, the ladies are very nice and friendly. Prices are good, and I love that they close later. But the quality broke my heart and my nail, literally. I went in on 2/14 for dip powder and today as I was driving (2/24) my nail was broken. It just lasted a little over a week.

Don't ever try this place as you will be disgusted! They will rip you off and none of the staff is good enough. They should close this place down. Worst salon I've ever been to. They're always rushing that's why quality is very poor ! Drive one mile down and you will a better one.
