Tried to return my AT&T internet equipment and supposedly they can’t because they don't have contract with them, when att says any ups store.

They do not accept packages for size or weight.

This place is decent if you get in well before their closing time. Another customer and I showed up several minutes before their closing time at 5:00 p.m. and were turned away because they said they had already shut down the system and locked the doors.
One would expect that most businesses operate and be open for business up until their closing time. Instead for them their closing time is just about when their employees clock out.

This location is not a fully equipped, UPS store they do not except spectrum, modems. One of the workers said they are not a fully equipped, UPS store.

Very bad experience I had with the MAN who thinks he is and dresses like a woman.
I arrived and was waiting for another client to finish and another man arrived and attended to him first.
I told him to respect the arrival time and he attended to me.
But he didn't like me at all.
I then asked him if he would take me to see a winery that is available on the website and he told me that he didn't have any available anymore.
When on the website you see that they have many available.
I will never return to this place again.
