Worst experience I have had in my entire life. Came on time and they still denied my packages. Other times I have shipped here, they let many people with less packages go in front of me when I'm in a huge rush. No care at all for their customers, packages always get lost and stolen here, I would extremely strongly recommend staying far away from this USPS location. Worst customer service of my life.

Went in for passports for me and my kids. Right away they asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Told me to stand aside and not wait in line. Then we got greeted by the best, Jeff. He was friendly and we got the best customer service ever. I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but trust me it was not bad at all. The process was smooth and he was so kind to me and my kids. Definitely recommend!

First of all customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They Told a lady for an ID but when I went up nobody told me for an ID. Secondly customers were irritated already from a lady being mean. choose another post office except for this one.

On Monday I went to this place to make a delivery, when I entered the door was open it was 6 pm. When I got to the reception a woman with an Asian face told me that it was closed rudely, when I got to the front they were helping two people in front of me, and I tell them but the door is open and they tell me we left it like that so that the people inside could come out, I told them could you help me, I'm here, and they start laughing at me and tell me it's not closed I got upset and I told them then close the door because the schedule says they close at 7 and this Jeff, a worker there, started making fun of me and told me to get out of there, at that moment I was very upset. Because I understand that it was supposedly closed but it's not my fault that they don't have good hours at the entrance but the people who work there are horrible, they don't have any manners and much less good service, I don't talk about this occasion every time I have to go The service there is rubbish, I will never go to that post office again, the workers are people who are always annoying when doing their job and are despotic and rude, rubbish people????
