Very rude customer service from the only two associates during the morning shift. I was the only one there and was ignored. I asked for a dressing room and associates didn’t even acknowledge me. Won’t be going back

I wouldn’t shop in here , there customer service is horrible!!!!Very rude manager and staff . I was ready to purchase a dress in line and two cashiers were present. One I believe was the manager and saw us waiting in line while talking with a couple of “friends I believe” about other stuff that has to do nothing with shopping. 10 min later. The other finished cashing out a customer and left back to the changing room … while the manger just kept looking at us and kept talking to the pair of 3 friends … they were showing her Instagram pictures on there phone and laughing. Got tired and I instead put the dress on the rack and left . 12am Regardless said it wasn’t busy n service there sucks . Santa Clarita has wayy better service then here .

the lead or manager was been rude to another employee telling her there was no excuses not to make sales in front of all the customers. not only that when i went to try on some clothes that same lead person came behind me all fast and said i couldnt try an item i had and she took it to the counter. i got upset so i left the stuff n didnt buy anything. she needs to really work on her people skills. thats not how u treat coworkers or customers

Hands down the best Windsor ever! I’ve been here twice in my life and both involve crazy scenarios. First one it was the day of my birthday and that girl ( ughh I wish I remembered her name) was literally a lifesaver 🥹🫶🏻 second experience which was recent I had a last minute notice about going to a wedding and the girl there (I also wish I remembered her name but if she’s reading this hey girl! I’m the girl from the 1:30 pm wedding I had to attend to lmao) helped me right away and recommend me a gorgeous dress, which was the one by the way. Great service! All these girls will help you! P.S… GET THEM A RAISE ASAP!!🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🥹

I found a dress that I really loved in stores, but was not available in my size a staff member helped me place an order online and it arrived in less than 3 days I loved the way the dress fit. Thank you for helping us out!

Daughter went in yesterday to get a dress with friends for a 15, this place judges and assumes they’re stealing(mind you the dad was there and was going to pay for all dresses). Front counter person went on speaker telling a worker by fitting room to make sure they come out with two dresses.. really!! this is how they treat paying customers! Will not be shopping at this business ever again!

I came to this store to buy some clothes for a sweet 16th and I saw this beautiful skirt, as I was looking at it, this employee came and asked me if I needed help, so I said yes. So, I took a good look at the skirt, and it was a long rip. I told her, and her response was" You can still buy it and wear it with a long T-shirt. I said no thanks. I mean where was her head at? Do you think I'm going to buy a skirt that is $24 and it has a big long rip from the back? No!!! Thanks. Sometimes people don't think before they say something. This girl was just trying to convince me to buy it. ? not good. So I just left the store.
