Me and my husband came to Zales to find a replacement ring because his cracked. Jacob was an incredible employee who helped find the right ring, the right size, and was just very friendly, patient and welcoming. Definitely recommending this location to friends and family.

The associates are very professional and friendly here, as well as bilingual. I recommend coming to this Zales location if you’re in the area! I had a much better experience here than at the West Covina location on the same day.
