BEWARE. Found a pill + capsule in a bottle from a pack of Crystal Geyser. Called the store and was just told to contact the manufacturer. It is very possible it could’ve been tampered with in store but 1 star because they did not care at all

It's a fine grocery store with a deli. They had the two items I needed, so not much more to say.

We ordered drive up and go at this store and the cutest and most attentive worker named Rudie gave us our groceries and chatted briefly with us. Quick and efficient, and thoroughly adorable, 10/10 would return if he bagged our groceries again

The person working the deli is really disgusting. He keeps sniffing his mucus from his running nose and rub it by his apron and then pick the gloves using excess saliva on his hands. Please have this stop otherwise I will record and sue.

I mainly order my groceries online at Pavilions, pull into the parking lot and an employee will deliver them to my car. More often than not, it's an employee by the name of Eric who brings out the groceries. I just want to say that Eric has always been kind and helpful and even remembers that I prefer paper bags to plastic bags for my order. He is friendly and Pavillions is lucky to have such a great guy working for them. Thank you Eric!

The prices went up tripple. Select products shrank $30 a pound steak, smaller sandwiches tripple price. I have shopped at former Vons for 40+ years, and you can have Pavilions. I will shop elsewhere now.

Terrible service at Deli consistently. 4 of us waiting and one person helping. I asked if anyone else could come to help and response was everyone is on a break.I complained to Manager and he said he can’t get people to work. Never an I’m sorry for your bad experience.It is always that way at the Deli!

This grocery store was better when it was Vons, even though Pavilions is supposed to be higher end. They raised the prices, but the checkers are just ok, they aren't that helpful, the sale prices were mislabeled, or didn't show up at check out, and the selection is small. I do not recommend this store, just drive a little further into town for a real grocery store!

Pavilions in Montecito is one of the best grocery stores in Santa Barbara. They recently renovated and upgraded their store. They staff is always helpful and the selection of items is amazing. The floral department has been amazing for years. The alcohol department carries a great selection of wines. Everything about this store makes it a great place to shop.
