Customer for years at this vendor. We rent wide format printers often and always get excellent and professional service from Silver, their skilled technician. He is a wizard of the HP!! He saved the day for me yet again this week when the machine was having issues. Thank you!

I was able to purchase some individual markers that they still had in stock, you can only buy them in full sets now. One of the markers was pretty much dried out and they cheerfully and promptly issued a credit for that marker. I'll do business with them again without any hesitation!
