Not sure what happened to this store. I've lived in the area for almost 8 years and as of recent they are all incompetent and don't want to service the client. Be careful ATT spectrum is right next door begging for business.

watch out for the manager with the patchy beard, didn't get his name sadly but he didn't want to help me because he wasn't going to make any money off me. smh, told me he didn't have the phone that I wanted & not to try and go to a different store because no one would want to switch my phone without making any commission ... so I went to a corporate store and they told me that there were in fact 3 in stock at his store and 7 in stock in his neighboring store! what a joke. I wanted to get a new phone since mine was overheating and the battery was draining horribly, something that was totally out of my control. never going here again and definitely making a complaint.

They need more than one associate on the floor. Currently there are four people waiting. One person walked out already. I myself am first in line and have been waiting 1/2 hr.I walked out. Ridiculous

The customer service at this place needed a lot of work so I was hesitant to come back here. But my new phone was acting up so I had no choice. They have a new guy named Sid. He was very helpful at solving my complicated dual phone issue. He was professional, quick and pleasant. Keep him. He's good.

Avoid this place at all cost. Save yourself a headache and your wallet. You don't have to look far for a reason; just look at the reviews. Incompetence beyond comprehension, nonexistent knowledge in their own products so if you buy you're screwed, lack of oversight of management at all levels. How AT&T does not step in and address its customers complaints at this location is beyond me. The bottom line is more important than the customer's experience to AT&T. I've given the AT&T associate and its management, at this location, more than enough ample time to address an issue on the plan they sold me before it was too late: 5 months' time. Not once did I complain in my multiple visits to this store until now because it's just gone too far. I was there three days ago and apparently I was supposed to be contacted by the local district manager, some guy name Roland, to address the mistake on their end and see what could be done. Still hasn't happened. Not surprised. My spouse and I walked into this store 5 months ago to inquire about a corporate discount that ATT offers to government employees: Roughly about a 10% discount. An ATT associate and her manager tell us they can do better and sell us on this third-party affiliate plan called FIRSTNET for roughly $45/mo and tell us we can also upgrade our phones based on some promotion: one free and the other at a small fee. Sounded amazing why not? Totally regret it. The day of, I wanted to verify if we were eligible so I asked for confirmation before we proceeded, the associate and the manager said we absolutely qualified because they had someone from my work organization that same day that had recently qualified. When you trade and upgrade your phone, ATT gives you a 90-day window to forfeit your old phone to them, so that the trade in can be finalized. I told my wife we should keep our old phones for a bit just in case we didn't qualify for this plan. First month, we receive multiple emails from FIRSTNET saying they needed to verify our eligibility. We brought this up to the ATT associate and she told us we totally qualified because we were already in the system and had already started to be billed so there was nothing to worry about. Month two, still getting emails and text from FIRSTNET saying we need to verify our eligibility. We head back to the store. Before we forfeit our old phones, we asked the ATT associate if she is sure we qualify for FIRSTNET, because if we don't we'd rather give them back their new phones and pay whatever restocking fee and move back to our old carrier. She assures us we qualify, so we forfeit our old phones. A few weeks later, we get a message from FIRSTNET saying they are going to cut off our service in 7-days if we don't verify our eligibility. Back to the store we go. Once again, we want to know if we can still get our old phones back and return the new one's before it is too late. The ATT associate panics and tells us we definitely qualify, but for the meantime she would put us on a consumer account and would get back to us in no more than 72-hours. We never received a call, text, or message. The months go by and our bills are nearly tripled. Granted they credited us to offset the increase in price on our bills, but it was stressful and a hassle to have to go in multiple times a month to get credited for a mistake on their end. We were given a multitude of excuses from the FIRSTNET system is down, the FIRSNET reps are on vacation, the FIRSNET system has gone through an upgrade, this is the first time we have experienced this, FIRSTNET has locked your account so we need a new email, etc.On the 5th month, three days ago, the ATT manager calls a FIRSTNET rep and in less than 30 minutes tells us we don't qualify and it was a mistake on their end. I tried to follow-up with a "So What's next?", but Percy has an amazing habit of talking over you. Fed up with this back and forth I cut to the chase and talk over her to get a word in. I accepted the fact that we did

Worst customer service, doesn't care about helping customers. It's like if you hate your job then don't work there! Major attitude on top of that! I even think she was the manager.

Your AT&T rep was rude was more interested in strolling through his phone instead of explaining the option on purchasing a new phone. We have been with AT&T for over 40 years very disappointed in the service we received today .

Literally the worst customer service I've ever witnessed in my entire life. SO rude and unprofessional. I saw a mother and son who were picking up phones or something and someone at the store definitely messed up...shipped a wrong phone or something? Idk. I couldn't hear what the entire conversation was but the larger woman who works there was speaking to them like a snobby middle schooler to a teacher or something, making it sound like they were at fault. AT&T if this is who you hire to represent your company...YIKES. Takes a lot for me so write a negative review but it pains me to see employees being so mean for no reason especially when the customer is being totally normal? Psychotic behavior. Do better AT&T.
