I went there yesterday to open a new line, and i was helped by a guy named Thomas. He was amazing, finished everything under 15 mins! very professional nice, and efficient! he definitely knows his stuff!!

This is a no good store, They charge you randomly. When you ask the clerk to help you with something, they won't do anything. As soon as you ask, they tell you to go to another store. The manager is never in the store.

Select this AT&T store base on their good Google review from previous customers. The store staff are very friendly and patience on answering all my questions. The manager Jonny looked my account and told me I could get extra discount for being a long term AT&T long customer! Love the saving! Great service! Highly Recommend!

THX Shawn.Nice services first time assiting, quite helpful.I changed from 5 to 1 after a year if using ATT. Shawn left and the credit he promised took me 9 months to get and I overpaid a lot over the past year for missale bundle and family plan. Dont go to the shop

Weird vibe walking in. They seemed lazy, or just didn't want to help me. I came in for a new iPhone 15 pro, since my 11 pro had just about had it. Asked if they could help me set it up and transfer and they said they couldn't, I could do it at home, so I was like alright cool
