“This past week we utilized Monterey Park Auto Collision to replace our front bumper after a driveway parking mishap, which resulted in it becoming partially detached. The staff was professional, courteous and honest, the costs were competitive and reasonable, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule! We received a high quality repair of the front bumper to factory-new condition. Even though we deferred replacing the rear bumper on this visit, we were pleasantly surprised upon pickup that the body repairers nevertheless made minor touch-ups in order to make the rear of the car more cosmetically presentable. Going to extra mile like this, on top of being an honest and reputable shop, really made an impression on us. We intend to utilize Monterey Park Auto Collision in the future and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. A very special thanks to Annie and Ray for their kind and professional service.”
