I've been coming to this branch for almost a year now. I always come and exchange a few thousand in ones maybe once a month sometimes not even that. Come to find out now they put a limit on how many ones I can exchange or put into my account. The first time they told me this was because the line was long and they did not want to hold up the line. Today the excuse was because they only had one associate working as if it's my fault they're short staffed. It's an inconvenience to have to drive to another bank just to be able to deposit my money into my bank account. Every time I walk in I feel uncomfortable as if I'm not wanted there or as if they do not want to assist me. This will be the last time I step foot into this branch again.

ATM took $300 from me in a deposit and the ATM might have not added it to my balance. It was useless and helpless. I'm not sure if it was ever credited at all. I don't think the employees care if they take people's money, time, and inconvenience with the issue of waiting on bills or other payments. It happens, still a major and trustable bank, haha lol.

Please don't use ATM machines on this location. I first used the drive thru in January and the Atm machine on the left ate my money on a Friday. So this time , I decided just to use the walk-in ATM inside and it was fine until May 13th when The machine took my money again on a Friday. This time , I woke up on a Monday, with no temporary credit and my bank balance was below $1000. That's the reason why I made a deposit on a Friday to cover bills. why doesn't Bank of America fix their machines . Another customer told me that this happened to her too in the same machine. I am still waiting to get my CASH credited .

I am leaving this review as a warning to all B of A customers and potential future customers. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH B OF A!! I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done. If you're a B of A customer, you should pull all of your money out immediately and go to Chase, a credit union, any banking institution that is not Bank of America. If you're considering using B of A, don't...Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

There was a long line on the way in, so far 20 min in and only 3 people have been attended. There is only 1 bank teller and 4 ppl in the home loan section. We were told that there would only be 1 teller for the next 45min. She is going at a very slow pace. So far 5 people have walked out due to the long line. Always long long long lines and never quick. Hate coming here, but it is closest to my house; planning in closing my account and getting another bank.

This is the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. My son has an account at the bank and everytime I go in to deposit money they give me a hard time. I took in all required documents and my son and that still wasn't good enough. I was depositing cash and the teller (I believe his name is Kaiwen) argued with me about not being able to deposit moey into my son's account and that I would need to write a check. I asked what the purpose of that was if you have all the required documents and my son is here and he said that the bank doesn't know who or where the cash comes from. Ummm... isn't that why my son has an account, which required an opening balance deposit and identification, and I just gave you 3 types of identification? Are you afraid it is counterfeit? Get a machine like all the stores have and check it. He then continued to argue with me about the account. After 10 minutes of getting nowhere, I told him I would be better of banking elsewhere. He had the audacity to say that he agrees instead of actually trying to remedy the situation. I have banked with BOA in other states and never had this issue. I open an account in California and EVERYTHING IS AN ISSUE! Even though the bank is convenient, it is absolutely usless if my son's account cannot be used for its intended purpose.

It is so unpleasant to come to this specific branch. The lines are always super long and I've only seen at the most two bankers working. I've asked if anyone else is able to help because there seems to be workers walking around but I've been told that there isn't anyone else. I would recommend you go to another location otherwise plan to stay in line for minimum 30 min for a simple transaction.

Really bad cusotmer service attitude... I waited in line for 15 mins and the teller Flavia told me she can't help me just because I didn't fill out the deposit slip and told me to use the ATM to do my deposit. Of cause I know there's an ATM... but I prefer to use the teller window. What a horrible branch! The only good thing about this branch is their new renovation. Looks pretty good.

The drive thru ATM is nice. That's what I like- that aspect of convenience. But, one of the drive up ATMs is always broken! Sad. Come on! Going inside, there's usually always a line. The staff has been pretty good to me. I have no other complaints.

This is a common theme when it comes to Bank of America, long long wait times. I have a merchant account which a few years back meant something, but now BofA does not have merchant lines, meaning they took away probably 1 of the top 3 reasons why I have an account with them in the first place. I came in, no merchant line, the regular line was extremely long, they only had 2 tellers, and they were very slow per customer, not a good experience, "again"

One star too high. I had to make a deposit for my husband today. they couldn't accept a third - party deposit . Then, they explained their policy stated in last December, blah, blah......Then, I told them to deposit into my account, they told me to deposit at the ATM but not INSIDE. No matter I have been waiting in line almost 30 minutes. Just to confirm the policy changed, went to other bank and was advised third party cash deposits are fine. LIES.

I went to the BofA near Ralph's to ask about an offer that BofA sent me in the mail. The offer was 0% interest for a year on balance transfers. I know it's simple but I wanted some clarification on it. I was fortunate enough to have the banker named Betty to help me out. Not only did she clarify any questions or concerns I had but she also presented me with another offer which actually was a better fit for what I needed. So I accepted the offer Betty gave me and did my balance transfer on the better option she gave me. I am very happy with the help Betty gave me. From this point out if I have some banking matters at BofA I plan on having my matters taken care of by Betty. I have dealt with other bankers at that BofA and they were very good too so don't get me wrong, they have a really good staff there but Betty will be my go to banker when I need help with my banking needs that are not able to be taken care of at the teller window. Also the tellers are very friendly, fast and competent as well. The bank itself is very nice too. Clean, well designed and open architecture.
